Xinjiang Yanqi Basin is a large-scale semi-closed intermountain basin, which is a folded fault mountain system of the south TianShan Mountain. The climate of Yanqi Basin is transition from south to north in Xingjiang; the Bostan Lake is located at the southeast of Yanqi Basin. Because of the effect of setup of Bostan Lake, it makes the condition of groundwater runoff worse in the basin. At the same time, due to unreasonable irrigation of lasting diversion surface water, there are about 62% of the irrigation areas'groundwater depth less than 2 meter, and a mass of field are dilapidated for secondary salinization, which do harm to agriculture and economic sustaining development. So taken a representative experimentation area as a example in the article, studying on the basic theory of soil water and salt under shallow depth groundwater, and from the inter-transform of irrigation water, soil water, groundwater and drainage water, analyze various factor of soil water and influence salt distributing and concentration. In the paper, it is emphasize on experiment research for field soil water and salt movement, and construct reasonable two-dimension soil water numerical model and salt balance to simulate field soil water movement, and analyze the transformation relation of irrigation water quantity, drainage water quantity and discharge salt quantity in the reclamation early days of saline land. In sum, studying on groundwater-soil water and salt movement, which provide scientific basis to improve soil salinization and it is important significance and effect for agriculture yield, environments improvement and economy development for Bayinguoleng autonomous region.
