10 representative cultivars were selected as study object in Qingshui county, Longnan district, which is regard as the stripe rust aberrance with high frequency. In order for production practice and theoretics study, the dynamic of disease eat and flow in wheat adult plant stage is explored in adult plant stage with mixed stripe rust fungus. And the relation between resistance and activity of correlative enzyme is studied. At the same time, N.Strampelli's heredity about resistance to stripe rust is researched. The result such as follows: 1. Two years result indicate that N.Strampelli, Libellula and Wudubaijian belong to durable stripe rust resistance cultivars. N.Strampelli and Wudubaijian are chiefly immune to stripe rust. Libellala has the characteristic of slow stripe rust. Xiannong No.4 and Qingnong No.3 are endured to stripe rust. Lantian No.1 has high-temperature, adult-plant (HTAP) resistance. Fu63, Qingnong No.1 and Tianxuan No.15 are considered to have race-specific resistance. But they are susceptible to stripe rust because of appearance of new rust fungus. 2. After inoculation, every constitution factor of yield is affected in different extent. The effect to floret number is the biggest and the unfructification floret number higher 32.68% than check. Seed weight and seed number of spike decreased 19.19% and 9.94% respectively. Length of spike is shorter 8.86%, 1000 kernels weight is lighter 5.47%, spikelet number is less 6.21% respectively than check. 3. The resistance of N.Strampelli to stripe rust is controlled by the complementary action of two dominant genes. N.Strampelli is iso-immune to stripe in adult stage and N.Strampelli can be one of important durable resistance source to stripe rust. Leaf tip necrosis can't be regarded as the characteristic of durable resistance cultivars. 4. After inoculation, the activity of enzyme in leaf of no spore changed and is related to adult stage resistance. Among enzyme of PAL, POD, PPO and CAT , activity of PAL and POD increased distinctly after inoculation. Activity of PAL and POD about slow stripe increased and have no enzyme activity apex, while the rest of cultivars have enzyme activity apex. The increasing of correlational enzyme activity prevent the expanding of pathogen in some degree. And the resistance to stripe rust is strong.
