Peanut is the important oil and economy crop in the world. There are 114 countries planting it, among them the China, United States and India peanut export quantity occupy more than half of the World's. The peanut straw is increasing with the peanut production increasing.It usually to be as the fodder of the livestock because of its fragrant and eutrophy. At present,there are two key point to restrict peanut straw feedstuffs: first the mature peanut straw content plenty of lignocellulose and water, it very suitable to feed, but it can not be preserved at long time, nevertheless the ari-dry peanut straw is very solid and high degree of lignification, the livestock dislike it and at the meantime the nutrient content digestibility descreased; second ike other crops peanut straw dispersed distribution, loose structure, it causes high transport and reserve cost. There are two problem to overcome if the peanut straw feedstuffs utilization, one is increase palatability , digestibility and nutrient, lengthen shelf life; another is compress the pretreatment straw, not only satified the fodder's hardness standard but also increase the density,descrease volume so it can save transport cost. Combining this two problem and find optimal scheme, determing relevant parameter, is the best way to the peanut straw feedstuffs.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Establishing biomass compression molding process viscosity-elasticity-plasticity model. According to theoretical analysis multiple biomass compression process, the theoretical foundation is Boltzmann superposition principle, at the same time to consider the viscosity,elasticity and plasticity, propose viscosity-elasticity-plasticity mechanical and constitutive model combine with biomass different characteristics during each stage of compression process.Through analysis the constitutive model, it can get the affection compression force,compression cross-sectional area, filled-lengh and loading speed on the amount of compression.(2) Test research of affection of feedstuffs on peanut straw constituent. Through analysis feedstuffs straw pretreatment method, choose the micorwave, extrusion, NaOH dry process alkalization, urea ammoniation, and multiple pretreatment to suit compression molding, using detergent fiber test method to calculate all pretreatment method affect on lignocellulose content,significance compare the test result.(3) Determine the relationship the viscosity-elasticity-plasticity and lignocellulose content during peanut straw compression process. Base on the biomass compression process viscosity-elasticity-plasticity constitutive model, through feedstuffs peanut straw test data to fitting obtain viscosity, elasticity, plasticity parameter. Analysis the affect lignocellulose content on molding process viscosity, elasticity, plasticity and briquette compression relax ratio.(4) Determine the affection of feedstuffs pretreatment on peanut straw compression relax ratio and briquette quality. Measure compression moulding relax ratio, determine the affection different pretreatment method on compression relax ratio,and drop test of the briquette,comfirm the relationship of relax ratio and compression stability. Through briquette quality index test research, determine the affection of pretreatment on briquette relax dentity,compressive strength, durability and shatter resistance.(5) Determin the best technological process parameter of feedstuffs peanut straw flat die pellet. Through analysis relax ratio and briquette quality of multiple pretreatment method,overall consider the economy and applicability, choose the NaOH dry process alkalization as the most suitable peanut straw molding pretreatment method. Through single hole compression moulding and flat die pellet test, the alkalization peanut straw flat die pellet best technological process parameter combination: when particle size is 5.12mm, die hole diameter is 8.26mm,die hole length is 27mm, die hold length-diameter is 3.375, moisture is 16.62%, die-roll gap is 0.28mm,main axial rotate speed is 140.74 r·min-1,alkalization peanut straw flat die pellet briquetting ratio is 98.33%...
