The Investigation And Prevention And Cure Study Of Strategy Of Bovine Tuberculosis In The Xinjiang Region

BovineTuberculosis is one of the chronicity consumption zoonosis contagious disease that is caused by Mycobacterium bovis and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. OIE distributie it to B type loemia, It is classified as second kind lemia. This research is studying on serosurvey about BovineTuberculosis in some city and county in Xinjiang from 2001 to 2003 according to animal tuberc diagnostic technique(<>) which is issued by the people republic of china quality inspection and test and quarantina bureau; BovineTuberculosis epidemiologic survey in Xinjiang based on data which is gained from our region. Utilize computer to analyses the two kinds data. Propose realistic project to solve prevention and cure question according to investigative result from 1956 to 2003. Establish significance foundation for precaution,manipulation and decontamination the prevalence of BovineTuberculosis. The first , I was participating the investigation on PPD in some area in Xinjiang by myself according to GB/T 18645-2002 law. The second, I myself consulted and added up the data which came from techinician in the Xinjiang autonomy epidemic prevention station who made use of the method of purification of PPD allergy in ineracutaneous. The third, analyses the result by computer. The result suggested that Bovine Tuberculosis have be controlled in the Xinjiang region, there are more incidences in countryside than city and The south of Xinjiang than The north of Xinjiang. The fourth, formulate the plan to prevent Bovine Tuberculosis and the plan of the prevention and cure and decontamination in the xinjiang region.
