Bovine tuberculosis(BTB)is a chronic consumptive zoonosis of cattle caused by Mycobacterium bovis. It is characterized by tuberculous nodular granuloma and caseous and calcified necrotic lesions in tissues and organs. As a zoonosis with many animals, its wide spread and large-scale epidemic not only seriously affect the healthy and sustainable development of animal husbandry production in China, but also seriously affect the physical and mental health of the people. Therefore, the world organization for animal health(OIE)has listed the disease as a class B epidemic disease, and China has also listed the disease as a class II animal epidemic disease.Large scale dairy farms all over the country have taken measures to purify the disease.Literature research shows that the prevention and control of bovine tuberculosis has achieved remarkable results. However, there are few research data on bovine tuberculosis prevention and control in Xinjiang, especially in Aksu. Therefore, this study was carried out to provide basic data for the prevention and control of bovine tuberculosis in this area.In this test,5076 whole blood samples were collected from a large-scale dairy farm in Aksu region from 2020 to 2022,1668 in 2020,1547 in 2021 and 1861 in 2022.First,the collected whole blood was separated from the serum, and the antibody positive rate of the serum was detected by using the bovine tuberculosis antibody rapid detection card(colloidal gold method). Then, for the cows with positive antibodies, the whole blood was collected again according to the number, and the bovine tuberculosis IFN was used-γ ELISA was used for further detection, and the results were compared and analyzed. The results showed that from 2020 to 2022,the average antibody positive rates of bovine tuberculosis in a large-scale cattle farm in Aksu area were 1.38%,2.26% and 0.11% respectively, and the average antibody positive rates of cows with different reproductive status, different months of age and different parity were1.25%,1.31% and 2.08% respectively.Bovine tuberculosis IFN-γ The positive rate of bovine tuberculosis was 100.00% in the cows tested positive by the rapid detection card of bovine tuberculosis antibody by ELISA.The results showed that the positive rate of bovine tuberculosis antibody in a large-scale dairy farm from 2020 to 2022 was lower than the national control standard. The coincidence rate of the two detection methods is highly consistent. The bovine tuberculosis rapid detection card is easily affected, which can be used as a preliminary detection basis. The gamma interferon ELISA method has a high accuracy. The combined use of the two methods can improve the accuracy.Dairy farmers should pay special attention to pregnant, first born and older cows and strengthen prevention and control. To sum up,this study tested the positive rate of bovine tuberculosis antibody in a large-scale dairy farm in Aksu area, and compared and analyzed the test results,so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for the prevention, control and purification of bovine tuberculosis in dairy cows in Aksu area.
