The Effect Of Four Kinds Of Farmland Herbicide On The Growth And Physiology Effect Of Zizphus Jujuba Mill

This paper studied the effect of four kinds of farmland herbicide on the branch growth, the content of chlorophyll, the accumulation of MDA and the membrane relative penetrability of Zizphus jujuba Mill., which were fenoxaprop,fenoxaprop-p-ethyl,Glyphosate and Clethodim. Among which we picked up the suitable herbicide concentration that could kill effectively weeds and was harmless to the growth of Zizphus jujuba Mill..The main research results showed as follows: (1) fenoxaprop of 3.0ml/kg concentration had significant effect on the branch growth, the chlorophyll content ,the accumulation of MDA and the membrane relative penetrability of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.When the concentration of fenoxaprop was 0.75ml/kg and 1.5ml/kg,the two indexes of the accumulation of MDA and the membrane relative penetrability were not significant ,compared to CK; (2) fenoxaprop-p-ethyl of 4ml/kg had significant effect on Zizphus jujuba Mill.,which resulted in the branch growth restraining,the chlorophyll content reducing,and the MDA accumulation increasing; under the concentration of 1ml/kg and 2ml/kg,the difference of the branch growth was not significant; the difference of all kinds of treatments reached significant level aiming at the content of MDA, when its concentration was 4ml/kg ,the content of MDA reduced gradually as the time went;the change rule of the membrane relative penetrability was similar to that of MDA content, which had the biggest effect when its concentration was 4ml/kg,while its effect was the smallest when the concentration was 1ml/kg; (3) Glyphosate of three kinds of concentrations had significant effect on Zizphus jujuba Mill., and nearly all samples appeared the phenomena of withered and death after treated 15 days ,The difference was significant even if the concentration was 1.5g/kg ; (4)Clethodim of three kinds of concentration had a concident influence on the the quantum of branch growth, the content of chlorophyll,the accumulation of MDA and the membrane relative penetrability of Zizphus jujuba Mill.,among them the concentration of 2.5ml/kg have the most obvious influence.Three kinds of concentration of clethodim reached significant difference,among which 0.625ml/kg concentration had the least influence,while the influence of 1.25ml/kg Clethodim was placed in the middle; (5) The impact of the four herbicides became weaker and weaker after the sample of Zizphus jujuba Mill.was treated, when the concentration of the fenoxaprop, fenoxaprop-p-ethyl and Clethodim was not the biggest,the influence would dismiss after treated for some periods, The experiment outcomes showed that, in the land of planting Zizphus jujuba Mill and wheat, when we used the herbicide of Glyphosate.we must took some protective measures and can't splash on the leaves; fenoxaprop could be used when its concentration was 0.75ml/kg and1.5ml/kg; fenoxaprop-p-ethyl could be safely used under the concentration of 1ml/kg and 2ml/kg; Clethodim could be used when the concentration was 0.625ml/kg and1.25ml/kg.
