| The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different oligosaccharides on performance, intestinal bacteria population, deposition of most nutrition and immune response on chicken. 448 Hy-Line Brown chicken of 7 days old were assigned randomly allotted to seven treatments, with four replicate pens per treatment and sixteen chickens per pen. All chicken had access to feed and water ad libitum during the 6-wk experiment. Chicken were fed either corn-soybean meal basal diet(group CT)or the basal diet plus 52mg/kg Zinc bacitracin and 14mg/kg colistin sulfate (group ABT), 0.3% Soybean-Oligosaccharieds(group SBOS), 0.3% α-Glucooligosaccharides (group α-GOS), 0.3% FOS(group FOS), 0.1% MOS(group MOS)or 0.3% MOS +0.1% FOS(group M+F). The results indicated that: (1)Compared with group CT, group different oligosaccharides and group ABT significantly improved the growing performance(P<0.05); Compared with group ABT, group different oligosaccharides had no significant difference on performance(P>0.05), group different oligosaccharides and group ABT had significant effects on serum uric acid(P<0.05). (2)Compared with group CT and ABT, group different oligosaccharides had marked significant inproved the number of Bifidobacterium and Lacticbacteria popular in cecal and ileal ( P < 0.01);Compared with group ABT, group different oligosaccharides marked significantly reduced E.coli population(P < 0.01);the number of Bifidobacterium, Lacticbacteria and E.coli population in group ABT were lower than that in group different oligosaccharides(P>0.05). (3) Compared with group CT ,group different oligosaccharides had significantly increased the apparent N and Ca deposit rate(P<0.05); compared with group ABT, group different oligosaccharides improved the apparent Ca deposit rate(P<0.05),and tended to increase the apparent N deposit rate(P>0.05); the apparent P deposit rate in group GOS was higher than that in group CT and ABT(P>0.05). (4) Compared with group CT and ABT, group different oligosaccharides except group GOS had significant improved Spleen index and Bursa.F index (P<0.05 or P<0.01),the group GOS tended to increased Spleen index (P>0.05),but it decreased Bursa.F index (P<0.05); group different oligosaccharides had no significant effects on thymus index verse the group CT and ABT(P>0.05),thymus index in group GOS was the most highest among them. (5) Compared with group CT and ABT, group different oligosaccharides had marked significant increased E-C3bRR(P<0.01),and decreased E-ICRR(P<0.01),group different oligosaccharide could improved the immune function of erythrocyte. (6) Compared with group MOS and FOS , the group F+M had positive effects on all indexes of measured(P>0.05). |
