Three kind of gluten wheats (four cultivars) had been planted in the field of experiment from 2002 to 2004 ,to study the influences of physiological characteristics, yield and quality traits under different densities ,The main results were as follows:1. Great changes had been taken place in colony under different densities .the whole number of colony took on rising direction following the ascending of density ,in the late of filling the spikes had been broken down in high density ,and high density could change the great colony from rising to green-returning .With the increasing of density ,The LAI (Leaf area index)increased during the procreate period .But the biggest colony made the developing conditions worse and result in the lower LAI .The LAI of the middle-gluten wheat yumai49 had great higher than others ,and the highest number is 11.97 ,this settled foundations for the higher yield.2. Different density had different influence in CAP , flag Chl,Fv/Fo, Fv/Fm and qN to three gluten winter wheats .The CAP of different gluten wheat took on single peak curve in the late developing period ,the peak value presented itself in booting stage ,and the biggest colony lower than other treatments in evidence .The CAP of yumai49 had highest numbers both in peak period and in late filling period .To flag chl ,yumai49 also had the highest number in great period of grouting period , especially in the late filling .In different density the B3 was the highest to chl .To Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm ,the changing developments was the same in the whole filling ,the number of them all descending with the filling forward .and in accordance with CAP under the influence of density .That was the highest density of B4 was the lowest .Flag qN variety was contrary to CAP ,Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm .it performance the up-trends with the propulsion of filling .the highest B4 in the density handles to had been being placed in each handling value .All of them expressed that the light energy of this highest handle which couldn't used for photosynthesis but consumed with the hot form was obviously higher.3. The difference among the protein contents of albumin ,globulin and gliadin werenot more significant between cultivars and densities .Glutelin ,total protein and the ratio of glutelin and gliadin were most significant in different cultivars ,the glutelin and total protein also were more significant in different densities .The quality of protein showed that total protein decent obviously with the gluten to feebleness in different cultivars .that was the same to glutelin and the ratio of glutelin to gliadin .The albumin and globulin were lower in the disposal of Bi ,and they all highest in the disposal of B2 ,then flowing down with the descending of the density .The content of gliadin were descending with the rising of density .The content of albumin and total protein in higher densities were all bigger than the others .The ratio of glutelin to gliadin rising with the increasing of the density .Because of the ratio of glutelin to gliadin was the important index to reflect the flouring machining characters ,and the propriety of higher number would improving the intension of surface-muscle .thus thick-planting was advanced of reforming the quality of strong-gluten and middle-gluten wheat.4. The content of starch showed increasing current at grouting of grain ,they had a great extent increase before abloom 24d ,after that they all became slowness .The analysis of starch at autumn indicated that the amylase and the ratio of amylose to amylopection were not significant both in cultivar and density , amylopection and total starch content were more significant only in cultivar ,they all showed increasing with the gluten to feebleness .In this experiment ,the amylopection and total starch content had very small diversity in different densities .at the same time there had closely relation between the ratio of amylose to amylopection and amylose .In allusion to different gluten cultivars ,the discretion of the ratio of amylose to amylopection could better response to the quality of starch .To different cultivar there were different fitting densities .B3 was the best to the strength-gluten wheat ,B4 was the best to middle-gluten ,at the same time Bi and B2 were better to ebb-gluten wheat .The analysis to the main value of starch qualities indicated that there were negative correlation between starch components and pasting properties ,except the breakdown there were positive correlation among the pasting properties .In the condition of this experiment ,the inherit character of cultivar was greatly bigger than density .5. The variance analysis directed that the machining quality index of 12 all extend most significant level in different cultivars .but only the water absorption reached significant in different densities .The more analysis of relativity to them also showed that improving of each index would reach the aim of enhance in-phase ,except wet gluten contenU degree of softening and extensibility .There were difference extent of...
