is very important to ensure the coordinated development of wheat yield and quality in wheat field production,which requires coordination.Good basic seedlings and nitrogen application rates for different gluten wheats can ensure that the wheat yield is stable and the quality of the wheat can also be of high quality.This experiment uses high-quality strong-gluten wheat Zhenmai 12 and high-quality weak-gluten wheat Ningmai 13 as the test materials.By constructing wheat populations under different combinations of basic seedlings and nitrogen application rates,the effects of different density fertilizer combinations on wheat yield structure and quality formation are studied.Analyze the difference in agronomic traits,grain quality,nitrogen accumulation,soluble sugar and starch content,and anti-aging enzyme activity under different yield levels,and explore the field cultivation mode of high-quality and high-yield groups of strong-gluten wheat and weak-gluten wheat.It is expected to provide theoretical basis and technical support for realizing the field cultivation mode of strong and weak-gluten wheat.The main results of the test are as follows:1.Increasing basic seedlings will increase the number of ears,grains and 1000-grain weight of Ningmai 13 and ultimately increase the yield of wheat.However,after the basic seedlings exceed 240×104/hm2,continuing to increase the basic seedlings will lead to the decline of the number of ears and grains of wheat,and ultimately lead to a decline in wheat yield.The number of ears,grains and thousand-grain weight will also increase with the increase in nitrogen application rate.However,if the nitrogen application rate exceeds 240 kg/hm2,the nitrogen application rate will continue to increase,and the yield of wheat will decrease.Thousand-grain weight will decrease,which will eventually lead to a decline in yield;the increase in the three elements of Zhenmai 12 will eventually increase the yield of wheat.However,the decrease in the number of ears and grains of wheat beyond this range will eventually lead to a decrease in the yield of Zhenmai 12.2.The leaf area index,dry matter accumulation,stem and tiller dynamics and SPAD value of Ningmai 13 population maintained medium density>high density>low density,which reached the maximum value at 240×104/hm2,which was lower than or exceeded this value Will lead to a decrease in population quality.The effect of nitrogen application rate on agronomic traits is that under the same density conditions,the population quality of the medium nitrogen characteristics of Zhenmai 12 under the medium density treatment are higher than the high density treatment and low density treatment;the effect of nitrogen application rate on the agronomic low nitrogen application rates.3.Under the same nitrogen application rate,the grain protein content,components and wet gluten content of Ningmai 13 under high-density conditions are higher than those of medium and low-density treatments,and bulk density and sedimentation values are lower than those of medium-density treatments under high-density conditions.Hardness and flour extraction rate are shown as low density treatments higher than medium and high density treatments;wheat grain protein and its components and its components and wet gluten content,sedimentation value,bulk density and leaf and grain GS under the high nitrogen application rate are higher than those of the medium and low nitrogen application rates,and the MDA content is shown as low nitrogen application rate treatment>medium nitrogen application rate treatment>high Nitrogen application rate treatment.5.Under the specific climatic conditions of this experiment,the construction of high-quality and high-yielding groups of different gluten wheats was initially formed.The requirements for high-quality and stable yield of weak-gluten wheat Ningmai 13 are to appropriately increase planting density
