In this paper, the insecticide resistance levels, the activity of resistance-associated enzymes, as well as the susceptive dose and resistant dose, were tested to reveal the insecticide resistance division of diamondback moth in different district of Fujian province. The relationship between insecticide resistance of different district wereanalyzed. The results is follows:The susceptibility of Diamondback moth to insecticides was variable from one district to another. In Fujian province, the Diamondback moth' s resistance to Abmectin was high. But the resistance to Chlorpyrifos was low. The resistance to Beta-cypermethrin was variable among different districts. The population of Longyan had the highest resistance to Beta-cypermethrin of which the index of resistance was 63. 53. The population of Fuzhou had the highest resistance to Abmectin and Chlorpyrifos. The index of resistance of Longyan population was 66.71 to Abmectin and 27.35 to Chlorpyrifos. The CarE activity and the AchE activity was difference among different populations, but they had no positive relativity with the insecticides resistance of Diamondback moth. Therefore, We should not conclude the resistance level of different Diamondback moth population via the activity difference of resistance-associated enzymes.
