Studies on the Marker Assisted Selection of the New-breeding Cashmere Goat by Applying Blood Protein Polymorphism with Microsatellite DNA Marker TechnologyAbstract: The relationship between economic traits (Body weight, Cashmere yield and Cashmere fineness) and genetic markers (blood protein polymorphism and microsatellies DNA) was studied on the new-breeding cashmere goat, the result was showed that:( 1 ) Six blood protein were studied in this paper to detect their polymorphisms in the new-breeding cashmere goat. Hb and Alb in all individuals showed monomorphism. Tf was exhibited three phenntypes:AA, AB and BB, and controlled by two condominant allies: TfA and TfB. Amy was exhibited three phenntypes: 1-1,1~2 and 2-2, and controlled by two condominant allies: Amy1 and Amy2. Es was exhibited three phenntypes :AA, AB and BB, and controlled by two condominant allies: EsA and EsB. Akp was exhibited three phenntypes: Akpf and Akpo, and controlled by two dominant allies: AkpF and AkpO.Effects of four blood protein loci on economic traits were analyzed by PROC GLM of SAS. EsBB was the favourable genotypes to body weight. TfBB and Amyl-2 were the favourable genotypes to cashmere yield. No genotypes which affected cashmere fineness were found.(2) Eleven microsatellites on the chromosome one and two were studied.in this paper to detect their polymorphisms in the new-breeding cashmere goat. At MAF064, LSCV13, INRA011, CSSM11, LSCV37, IDVGA64, LSCV24, ILSIS082, BMS2782 loci, the number of alleles was 3,4, 5, 6, 5, 5, 6,4, 5 respectively and the number of genotypes was5,5,6, 9,6,10,6,4,8 respectively.
