Mangrove is a kind of special forest in tideland what is immerged by sea water seasonally. It lies on the upside of weak energy tideland in firth of torrid zone or semi-tropical. And mainly composed by rhizophoraceous. It is the important component of seashore wetland. So knowing exactly the growth situation and the quantity and distributing and change of mangrove is very important of the research of whole seashore environment.This article is devoted to the research of mangrove survey. The object is mangrove Expatiating the development situation of remote sensing of inland and overseas. Contrasting the principle and method and accuracy of different technology system of remote sensing. Then getting the spectrum curve of some kinds of mangrove in mangrove dependency of Shan kou. Guangi. Then analyzing the curve and getting the spectrum character. Contrasting the spectrum character difference between mangrove and around object and the difference of inner mangrove. Using the neutral network classification and digital technology to analysis the Landsat TM data., gaining the distributing situation of the mangrove of research area. And getting the mangrove landscape character of ecological. The result demonstrates the accuracy of neutral network classification is more better than the traditional classification.
