The studies were divided into two parts. The first was about preliminary work of the soil-microelement-GIS of Shandong province mainly in the aspect of data collection and arrangement, the creation of database, The original standard database for soil microelement have been created. The second was that soil microelement of Shandong province being selected as case study, Geostatistics combined with GIS was applied to analyze the spatial distribution character and the disciplinarian variance of soil nutrients (such as available Zn, available Fe, available Cu, available B, available Mn and available Mo). The results indicted that soil nutrients showed obvious spatial correlativity. And the geostatistical models were made out. the best describing model of available Cu, available Fe, available Mo, and available Zn were exponential semivariograms model, their determinative coefficient was 0.8819,0.8966, 0.9121 and 0.8608, the best model of available B was gaussian model, its determinative coefficient was 0.8750, and available Mn was fitted by spherical model, which determinative coefficient was 0.9251. All of determinative coefficient were obvious by F tested. In the same time, the spatial variability of soil microelement was very different. The results showed that the spatial variability of soil microelement was mainly produced by structural factor, and the order of structural variability were: available Cu (51.07%) < available Zn (54.54%) < available B (56.04%)< available Mo(58.46%)< available Fe(68.01%)< available Mn(81.31%). And all of the spatial correlation of the tested soil nutrients wasmoderately dependent, expect available Mn was strongly dependent. The result indicated that the spatial variability range of soil microelement was different. The range of available B was 298.4Km, the one of available Mo was 276.9Km, the others were same, which were 668.1 Km.
