We want to validate the possibility of which the multiple linear regression analysis technique (REG) were used to estimate endogenous Ca(calcium), P(phosphorus) outputs and true Ca> P digestibility value with soybean meal (SBM) and sunflower meal (SFM) diets or soybean meal (SBM)and cottonseed meal(CSM) diets as Ca, P source in diets for growing pig. Twelve DLY barrows, with average initial body weight (BW) of 42 kg , were divided to two groups according sex and BW and fed six diets according to a 6 X 6 Latin Square design. The diet 6 were cornstarch- SBM -based with 2.77 g/kgDM Ca, 6.09 g/kgDM P, and five assay diets containing five level of Ca (0.60.1.11,1.67,2.02,2.52 g/kgDM diet) and P( 1.13,2.25,3.32,4.37,5.55 g/kgDM diet) in SFM diet. The diet 6 were cornstarch- SBM -based with 2.82 g/kgDM Ca, 5.99 g/kgDM P, and five assay diets containing five level of Ca (0.47.0.96,1.42,1.86,2.27 g/kgDM diet) and P( 1.23,2.46,3.27,4.78,5.99 g/kgDM diet) in SFM diet .in CSM diet. Chromic oxide(4g/kg of diet,as-fed basis) was included as a digestibility marker. Each experimental period comprised 9d with a 7-d adaptation period and a 2-d collection of fecal samples. Results showed that: There were significant linear relationship (P<0.05) between apparent digestive Ca and dietary inputs of Ca when both expressed as g/kg.DM diet in SFM diets and CSM diets implicated that the REG is valid for estimating both type diets endogenous Ca outputs in pigs ,so as P . In SFM diets true Ca digestibility value of SBM and SFM in growing pigs were 46.9, 30.0% respectively ;true P digestibility value of SBM and SFM in growing pigs were 45.9, 23.2% respectively; the endogenous Ca, P output was .217g/kg, 0.402 g/kg DM intake diets respectively. In CSM diets true Ca digestibility value of SBM and CSM in growing pigs were 45.9, 19.1% respectively ; true P digestibility value of SBM and CSM in growing pigs were 44.9, 28.8% respectively; the endogenous Ca, P output was0.191g/kg, 0.489 g/kg DM intake diets respectively...
