| The B would not resulte in the seed-setting in soybean,The availability of B is affected by climate factors,therefore, the effect of different climate situation and different fertilization level of B to the soybean upgrowth are investigated to offer theory basis for using B reasonably under climate condition at different year ,so that the output of soybean can be heightened and maintain a reliable level. This experiments were performed with potted planting,used "soybean north 9395 "as materials,which was sensitive to B,and controlled environment chamber,rainproof shed and adumbral net conditions.The experiments were carried out to study effect of illumination,temperature,soil water and B on the agriculture character and output of soybean.By studying the validity of B,confirmed the relation of the role of B and weather condition in the soybean,the resultes showed: Under the same B supplying, with the decreasing of the intensity of illumination, the height of the soybean was increased; the supply of B could relieve the water stress;The decreasing of the intensity of illumination reduced the accumulation of dry matter of the soybean.The exerting B can allevite the pressure of temperature ; during the mature period , as for the dry matter, the normal water was higher than the flooding stress treatment, and it is can be shown that the normal water can promote the mature of seed and transfer the dry matter of soybean;Exerting B can alleviate water stress, alleviate low illumination and high stress and increase the number of pods and seeds and the weight of seeds per plant;The accumulation of B in the soybean under the higher B supply was all higher than the lower B supply. Weakening illumination, the accumulation of B was significantly decreased. Under the same B supplying, the difference of accumulation of B is not obvious among normal temperature, low temperature and high temperature. As for water, illumination and the accumulation of B, normal water treatment was higher than the flooding treatment;Boron supply could strengthen the resistance of soybean against stress of envirionment. But under the stress of environment,the unfavorable influence of absence of Boron on soybean would be enhanced;The analysis showed that with growth stages, the relationship among the general B of leaf and up grounds part, the number of pods and seeds and the weight of seeds per plant were significantly positive. After entering the blooming stage, sufficient Boron supply was important to the increase of the pods number, seeds and the weight of seeds per plant. |
