143 recombinant inbred lines(RILs) derived from Charleston × Dongnong594 were used in the present study. 199 markers had polymorphism between parents which include 164 simple sequence repeats (SSRs) and 35 random amplified polymorphism DNAs (RAPDs) markers. Using SSR markers consistent with Cregan's common genetic map as anchored markers, linkage analysis of Mapmaker/EXP3.0 and MapChart 2.1, we draw a genetic linkage map of 194 markers which covers 3067.28 cM with mean distance 15.81 cM between markers, the farest 48.8 cM and the nearest 0.5 cM. The 22 markers were assigned on linkage group Dla but only 2 markers were assigned on linkage group C1.By the way of the evaluation every 10 days, we studyed developmental performance of plant height, nodes on main stem, pods on main stem, 100-seed weight, protein content and oil content with growth of soybean plant in parents and R1L population. The result shew plant height and nodes on main stem had a continuous increasing and reach nearly final level, pods on main stem increased quickly before August 24 and declined owing to abortion of young pods after August 24, 100-seed weight had a increasing of "s" curve and reach final weight at 70 days after flowering, protein contein inclined firstly, then renew to increase at 50-60 days after flowering, oil content reach the highest level at 70 days after flowering from increasing at the 30days after flowering.Using composite interval mapping of Windows QTL Cartographer V2.0 software and conditional analysis programe for conditional QTL, we analysis unconditional QTLs and conditional QTLs controlling developmental performance of plant height, nodes on main stem, pods on main stem, 100-seed weight, protein content and oil content at different growing period. Result is we check and locate on the linkage map 28 unconditional QTLs and 21 conditional QTLs for plant height, 18 unconditional QTLs and 14 conditional for nodes on main stem, 17 unconditional QTLs and 15 conditional QTLs for pods on main stem, 23 uncongditional QTLs and 15 conditional QTLs for 100-seed weight, 15 unconditional QTLs and 10 conditional QTLs for protein content and 13 unconditional QTLs and 10 conditional QTLs for oil content.
