| The experiment were adopted L9 (34) orthogonal design to evaluates the effect of growth performance, fish component, liver component and RNA/DNA ratio of muscle and liver. The purpose of trails was to determinate the protein requirement and energy requirement. The experiments consisted of two phases: 0.2g-2g of weight and 2g-20g of weight. In the first phase: 9000 Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco Rich which average body weight was about 0.40±0.03g were selected, divided into 9 groups at random, the number of every group was 1000. Three levels of protein were 45.00% , 40.00% , 35.00% respectively, three levels of energy were 14.00MJ/kg, 13.00MJ/kg, 12.00MJ/kg respectively, three premix of different compound respectively; In the second phase: 1350 Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco Rich which average body weight was about 3.67±0.34g were selected, divided into 9 groups at random, the number of every group was 150. Three levels of protein were 40.00%, 35.00%, 30.00% respectively, three levels of energy were 13.00MJ/kg, 12.00MJ/kg, 11.00MJ/kg respectively, three premix of different compound respectively. The result of the test of the 0.2g-2g weigh Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco Rich showed: The weight gain rate of the first group was the biggest, it was 594.59%; WGR of the seventh group was the smallest, it was 287.80%. The analysis of range showed the importance of factors effected on WGR of Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco Rich were protein>premix>energy. The analysis of variance showed protein levels took significant effect on WGR (P<0.05), but the effect of energy and premix were not significant(P>0.05).The result of the test of the 2g-20g weigh Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco Rich showed: In the nine groups, WGR of the first group was the biggest, it was 282.24%; WGR of the seventh group was the smallest, it was 151.66%. The analysis of range showed theimportance of factors effected on WGR of Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco Rich were protein>premix>energy. The analysis of variance showed protein levels took significant effect on WGR (P<0.05), but the effect of energy and premix were not significant(P>0.05). The feed efficiency ratio of the first group was the biggest, it was 19.24%; FER of the seventh group was the smallest, it was 10.23%. The analysis of range showed the importance of factors effected on FER of Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco Rich were protein>premix>energy. The analysis of variance showed protein levels took significant effect on FER(P<0.05)t but the effect of energy and premix were not significant(P>0.05). In concluded, the dietary optimum protein > energy > E/P and optimum premix (0.2g-2g) were 45.00%^ 14.00MJ/^ 31.74 and the second respectively while those of Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco Rich (2g-20g) were 40.00%, 13.00MJ/kg> 32.31 and the second respectively. |
