| The experiment was conducted to study the optimum levels of gross energy and crude protein on Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco about 12g after 194d's feeding trial, adopted L9 (34) orthogonal design by three levels of crude protein, gross energy and premix. 810 Pelteobagrus Fulvidracos were divided into 9 groups at random with three replications, and there were 30 in each replication. Three levels of crude protein were 28.00%, 33.00%, 38% respectively; three levels of gross energy were 12.00MJ/kg, 13.00 MJ/kg, 14.00MJ/kg respectively; and the premixs were three different kinds. The results were as follows:The feeding trial showed that weight gain rate (WGR) of 9th group was 646.37 %, which was the highest than others. The analysis of range showed the sequence of factors effected on the WGR of Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco was protein> energy > premix. The analysis of variance showed that protein levels and energy levels had significant effect on WGR (P<0.05), and the effect of premix was not significant (P>0.05). The feed coefficient (FC) of the 9th group was the lowest, and the first group was the highest; it was 3.62 and 5.78 respectively. The analysis of range showed the sequence of factors effected on FC of Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco was protein> energy > premix. The analysis of variance showed that protein levels had significant effect on FC (P<0.05), and the effects of premix and energy were not significant (P>0.05).The sequence of factors effected on proximate composition of Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco body and muscle was energy > protein > premix. The analysis of variance showed that energy levels had significant effect on the proximate composition (P<0.05), and the effect of premix and protein were not significant (P>0.05).The importance of factors effected on serum biochemical parameters of Pelteobagrus Fulvidraco was protein> energy > premix; The analysis of variance showed that protein, energy and premix had no significant effect on total protein and Albumin (P>0.05), and the effect on Globin was significant (P<0.05).The ninth group's retention ratio of essential amino acid index was the highest under the condition of the trial, and could be regarded as optimum essential amino acid (EAA) model. The contents of EAA were as follows: threonine: 3.61; valine: 3.74; methionine: 1.89; isoleucine: 3.49; leucine: 6.58; phenylalanine: 3.28; lysine: 7.90; histidine: 1.78; arginine:... |
