| So far there are some experienced colligate cultivated technologies about general tea garden. There are many reports on improving quantities and qualities, advancing the date of plucking tea buds and increasing the economic benefits in tea garden. But there are little reports about the mechanism between the cultivating techniques and the development characteristic and the perfect cultivating techniques about plastic green house. This research is based on the experienced material of BaiHaoZao species in subtropical area. This paper did researching on the aspects of manually warming up, spraying exogenous phytohormones, fertilizing extra CO2, manually irrigation, and sets up corresponding contrast. This paper discussed the relative mechanism among the microclimate of tea garden, the level of endogenesis phytohormones of tea buds, the photosynthesis of tea leaves, the biochemical composition of tea leaves, the containing of water in soil, the biological character of tea plant, the yield of tea, the economic efficiency and so on, and gained the perfect cultivation measurement of green house tea garden.The average air temperature, soil temperature, active accumulated temperature, effective accumulated temperature, average diumal temperature range have been increased in green house, and it's obviously showed in sunshine and daytime. The average air temperature of plastic green house tea garden is increased 2℃ under sunshine and 1. 5℃ under cloudy sky when compared to which of CK in February 2004 . The disposal of heating up with terrestrial heat wire affect the air temperature, soil temperature and accumulated temperature mostly among all the heating disposals,it's effective accumulated temperature is increased 36% and 71% when compared to the plastic green house CK and open air CK.The photosynthetic available radiation (PAR) of plastic green house islower than which of open air CK,it decreased 60% under sunshine and 49% under cloudy sky when compared to open air CK. The daytime varieties of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) in tea leaves showed double peak under sunshine, the highest peak appeared in midday 12:00, while tea leaves appeared siesta phenomena in 14:00. It showed single peak under cloudy sky, the highest peak appeared in midday 12:00. The Pn in green house is obviously lower than that in open air CK. The average value of Pn of open air CK nearly raises 24% under sunshine, while it's 59% under cloudy sky. Besides the fertilization of CO2 evidently improved the Pn of tea leaves, this proved the necessity of fertilization of CO2 in green house. There is a significant positive correlation between PAR and Pn in cloudy sky, the correlation coefficient upwards 0.8, butthere is no correlation between the concentrations of CO2 and Pn.The endogenesis phytohormones content of tea bud have been evidently changed for the increase of the average air temperature,soil temperature,active accumulated temperature, effective accumulated temperature in plastic green house tea garden. The content of GA3 and ZT which can improve the bourgeon of tea bud increased evidently, while which of ABA decreased evidently. The disposal of heating up with terrestrial heat wire affect the endogenesis phytohormones content mostly among all the manually heating up disposals. The spraying of mixing exogenous phytohormones (GA3+IAA) has the synergic benefit with plastic green house.When cultivating tea plant with plastic green house, the content of polyphenols showed a slight increase, but the content of amino acid showed a slight decrease. The increase of the ratio of polyphenols/ amino acid resulted in the decrease of tea quality. The tea water extracts in plastic green house islower than that in open air CK because of the decrease of illumination intensity.All in all, it revealed that plastic green house with exogenousphytohormones , fertilizing extra CO2 and timing irrigating will be the best... |
