1.Using the different methods to mensurate the activity of PAL, PPO and POD, we have acquired the proper method to mensurate the activity of PAL, PPO, POD. 2.Some tested biocontrol agents showed significiant effect on pepper's growth. Using the root-soaking method, the Act2 and Act4 showed significiant effect on pepper's whole and overground part fresh weight, the whole and overground part fresh weight inoculated with two actinomycetes increasing 27.14% and 32.69% compared with CK. But the two actinomycetes showed no significient effect on pepper's dry weight. Using the root-drenching method, the Act1, Act2, Act3, Act4, Act08 all showed significiant effect on pepper's whole ,overground and roots fresh weight , the whole,overground and roots fresh weight inoculated with five actinomycetes increasing 64.88%,59.51% and 74.02% compared with CK. The different actinomycetes showed different significient effect on pepper's dry weight. The root-drenching method is more suitable than root-soaking method for the actinomycetes agents. The root-drenching method can increasing production of the whole, overground and roots weight of pepper than in root-drenching method. 3.The seven biocontrol fungi showed effect on increasing the pepper's production and decreasing the pepper's disease incidence. Inoculated the seven biocontrol fungi and P3 pathogen togother, the seven biocontrol fungi decreased the incidence of pepper, the average disease incidence of pepper is 54.29%, decreasing 36.13% compared with CK. But the seven biocontrol fungi inoculated with the P4 pathogen, only Chaetomiun Q strain can decrease the disease incidence of pepper.The disease incidence of pepper decreasing 20% compared with CK. The seven biocontrol fungi inoculated alone, the Trichoderma strain 1, 9 and Chaetomiun E, I, Q strain can increase the pepper's whole and roots biomass. Inoculated with P3 pathogen, the Trichoderma strain 2, 9, I and the Chaetomiun Q and Aspercillus F strain can increase the pepper's whole and roots biomass. Inoculated with P4 pathogen, the Trichoderma 2, 9 and Chaetomiun Q can increase the pepper's whole and roots biomass. 4.The orthogonal experiment of the biocontrol agents and some additive showed that the control efficiency of biocontrol agents developed by our lab is beyond or close the chemical pesticide Metalaxyl. The Metalaxyl treatment, mineral treatment, biocontrol agents treatment, Metalaxyl+ mineral treatment, Metalaxyl+biocontrol agents treatment, Metalaxyl+biocontrol agents+ mineral treatment all showed significient effect on decreasing the disease incidence and increasing the production of biomass of pepper. But the Metalaxyl+biocontrol agents+mineral treatment have less effect on increasing the pepper's production and decreasing the pepper's incidence than the Metalaxyl, biocontrol agents and mineral treatment used alone .The treatments with organic material showed high incidence. 5.The experiment of biocontrol agents used in the field subzone showed that use the biocontrol agents treat the soil of seedbed can significient decreasing the disease incidence of pepper, and increasing the production of pepper's biomass and The relative control efficiency is 82.6%, the promotion of fresh weight is 23.3%. 6.Colonizing ability of the biological control agents on inoculating the mixture of the biological control agents and P. capsici was stronger than inoculating the biological control agents separately.The biological control agents can induce chilli PAL and POD activities on the two inoculation fashion, one fashion is inoculating biological control agents alone, the other fashion is inoculating biological control agents with pathogen P3. The colonizing ability of the biological control agents was positively related with PAL activity in the chilli leaves, but no regular relation with PPO and POD activity in the chilli leaves. 7.The fermentation production of actinomycete strain Act2, Act08 and Act10 should add 10% corn to the fermentation cultural medium.The fermentation of actinomycete strain Act1, Act3 and Act4 should add 10% wheat to the fermentation cultural medium.The bacteria should use kaolin as the adsorption carrier and 25% glycerin concentration as the conserve carrier.
