1. The offered 15 strains included 13 strains actinomycetes, 1 strain bacteria and 1 fugi. The two representative stains, 28G14 and F1 was studied in detail. By preliminary classification, the actinomycete 28G14 belong to Streptomyce.sp Griseorubroviolaceus, and the fugi belong to Aeffusus Tiraboschi.2. In pot planting experiment and field environment, 28G14 and F1 inhibited Pytophthora capsici significantly. The inhibition effect of 28G14 was stronger than F1, the control effect was appreciably lower than the pesticide. On the 128d after inoculating in the pot planting experiment, the control effect of 28G14 and F1 on the P. capsici taken on the little capsicum, P3 and P4 were 75% and 50%, 59.0% and 46.2% as well as 60.2% and 46.6%;in the field environment, the relative control effect of the bio-control agents 28G14 on P capsici was 49.8%~70%.; and which of F1 was 42.9%.3. 28G14 and F1 can increase the capsicum growth significantly. In the pot planting examination on inoculating the bio-control agents singly, the yield of fresh weight increased 29.3% and 55.7%, the root fresh weight increased 51.6% and 42.2%; on inoculating the bio-control agents and P3 together, the yield of fresh weight increased 535.6% and 417.8%, the root fresh weight increased 324.3% and 195.7%. In the treatment of inoculating the bio-control agents and P4 together, the effect of increasing production was similar to the P3. In the field environment, after applying the bio-control agents, 28G14 and F1, the total biomass, fresh yield, dry yield and root fresh weight of the capsicum increased 10.3%~39.3%, 34.7%~65.9%, 21.8%~100.8% as well as 34.6%~10.5% than the treatment of no inoculating.4. Fermentation fluid of 13 strains in the offered 15 strains can inhibit the mycelium of P3 and P4. The relative inhibition rate were 1.5~77.9% and 1.5%~97.9% respectively. Thereinto, the inhibition effects of fermentation fluid of the strain 28G14 and F1 were especially significant.: The relative inhibition rate of the two strains were 92.5% and 90.5% to the mycelium of P3 , 97.9% and 90.5% to that of P4 respectively, as well as 70.2% and 78.9% to the germination of zoospores of P3. The mycelium of the actinomycete, 28G14, can effect P...
