| In this study , fungal species ,fungal flora and ecological distribution were investigated systemicly in litter of six stands in Huoditang Mts., Qinling, Which provides the fundation for further exploitation and utilization of fungal resources. The results are as follows: 175 species of macrofungi were identified. They belong to 84 genera, 41 families,in which 97 species are edible,44 species have pharmaceutical values,34 poisonous. The dominant families are Tricholomataceae,Cortinariaceae,Lycoperdaceae,Strophariaceae, and Russulaceae. The dominant genera is Clitocybe,Marasmius,Lycoperdon,Inocybe and Mycena. Among them 95 species occur in L layer of litter, accounting for 54.29% of the total.62 species occur in F layer, accounting for 35.43%. 53 species occur in H layer, accounting for 30.29%.Three species exist in L,F and H layers simultaneously, accounting for 1.71%.They are Inocybe auricoma,Pseudocoprinus disseminatus and Collybia acervata. There are abundant macrofungi in coniferous stand. Especially Pinus armandii forest has the most diversified macrofungi species,61 species, accounting for 34.86%.Pinus tabulaeformis forest and Larch forest rank the second place, 38 species, accounting for 21.71%.Picea wilsonii forest is the least, 27 species, only 15.43%. Three species exist in four sites simultaneously, accounting for 1.71%.They are Strobilurus stephanocystis,Pseudocoprinus disseminatus and Helvella crispa。61species(49 genera) of microfungi were identified, in which have 50 deuteromycotina(40 genera),5 zygomycotina(5 genera),5 ascomycotina(3genera)and 1 mastigomycotina(1genera).It shows deuteromycotina is the abundant species. The dominant genera is Botrytis,Alternaria,Acremonium,Penicillium,Pestalotiopsis and so on. Among them 30 genera occurs in L layer, accounting for 61.22% of the total.25 genera occurs in F layer, accounting for 51.02%. 26 genera occurs in H layer, accounting for 53.06%. Eleven species exist in L,F and H layers simultaneously, accounting for 22.45%.They are Aspergillus,Botrytis,Cladosporium and so on. Mixes forest(Pinus tabulaeformis and Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata) has the most diversified microfungi,22 genera, accounting for 44.90%. Pinus tabulaeformis forest,Pinus armandii forest and Larch forest rank the second place, 21 species, accounting for 42.86%. Picea wilsonii forest is the least, 17 species, only 34.69%.Six genera exist in six sites simultaneously, accounting for 12.24%.They are Mucor,Acremonium,Alternaria,Botrytis,Cladosporium and Penicillium. |
