Species diversity of macrofungi, flora diversity of macrofungi and the relationship of macrofungi with forest Vegetation and season in the Laotudingzi Nature Reserve were studied systematically in this thesis.More than600specimens were collected from Liaoning Laotudingzi Nature Reserve and273species were identified. Belong to2Phylum,5classes,18orders,52families,110genera. Among them20species in3classes,5orders,11families,17genera belong to Ascomycota;253species in2class,13orders,41families,93genera belong to Basidiomycota. One new species were discovered, three species were new to China, seventy-two species were new to Liaoning province, twenty-eight genera were new to Laotudingzi Nature Reserve. The diversity inventory for273species was arranged according to "Dictionary of the Fungi"(tenth edition,2008) and "Index Fungorum". and the voucher specimens were deposited in the Herbarium of the Mycological Institute, Jilin Agricultural University (HMJAU).The fungi flora was very abundant in Laotudingzi Nature Reserve according to the study result of flora diversity. The dominant families were Tricholomataceae, Agaricaceae, Russulaceae, Inocybaceae, Marasmiaceae, Strophariaceae, Entolomataceae, Boletaceae, Cortinariaceae, Hygrophoraceae, which were not less than10species, with179species,65.56%of the total mount of macrofungi in the Laotudingzi Nature Reserve; the dominant genera were Inocybe, Marasmius, Amanita, Mycena, Cortinarius, Entoloma, Tricholoma, Pholiota, Clitocybe, Lepista, Hygrocybe, which were more than5species, with111species,40.36%. Based on "The macrofungi in China", edible mushrooms in Laotudingzi Nature Reserve were rich,42.12%.The macrofungi has certain relationship with forest community and season. According to the different plant communities in Laotudingzi Nature Reserve,5different communities were divided, Coniferous-broad forest(Ⅰ), Broad-leaved forest(Ⅱ), Coniferous forest(Ⅲ), Pinus Koraiensis Sieb forest(Ⅳ), Betula Platyphylla Suk forest(V). Macrofungi in each plant community occupied64.36%,42.50%,12.36%,3.63%and3.00%of the total number species of Laotudingzi Nature Reserve. The species of macrofungi were different in different plant communities and the diversity of macrofungi were distinct. According to the study of Laotudingzi Nature Reserve in2010, the number and kind macrofungi correlated with season. The macrofungi could be found in May (Helvella crispa, Helvella macropus et al.), Mycena, Marasmius could collect in June, the type and number of macrofungi were significantly increased in July to September, especially in September. With the rainfall and temperature decline and the illumination time increase, the variety and number of macrofungi sharply decreased.
