Effects Of Three Kinds Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Oral Liquids On Prevention On Ascites Syndrome By The Low Ambient Temperature In Broiler Chickens

300 Avian broiler chickens were randomly divided into five groups at 15 days of age, the normal group(groupZ) were reared on normal ambient temperature(18²2°C), the model group(groupM) and the prevention groups (groupT₁, groupT₂, groupT₃) were reared on low ambient temperature(8¹2℃). The groupZ and groupM drinked water no additives. During a period of 3 weeks, the drinking water of groupT], groupT₂ and groupT₃ was added with 0.8ml.kg^-1 TCMOL1, TCMOL2 and TCMOL3 for AS at a preventive dose respectively to observe the effects of TCMOL on the formation of AS by the low ambient temperature ,by test the incidence of AS ,BW,AHI,PCV,RBC,SOD and MDA.The results as follows:1. validate the reliability of the formation of AS by the low ambient temperature.2. This three kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine Oral Liquids can improved the cold-stress-resistance of broiler chickens and thus prevented the ascites syndrome.3.This three kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine Oral Liquids can increase antioxidant function. 4.The TCMOLl is the best prescription for preventing ascites syndrome in broiler chickens.
