Effect Of Bagging In Pre-harvest And Medicament Treatments In Postharvest On Storage Property Of Lizao Jujube

In this thesis, effects of bagging in pre-harvest and medicament treatments in postharvest on postharvest storage property of Lizao jujube were studied.Results of the study can be expressed as follows: Lizao jujube under the condition of bagging in pre-harvest and medicament treatments in postharest of showed characteristics of non-climateric fruits; the PG activity showed two peaks curve change and had little relation with softening; The curve of POD activity showed two peaks , the second peak was higher than the first peak; The activity of PPO presents the single peak curve during storage.Treatment of bagging in pre-harvest inhibited the PG activity of lizao jujube , the peaks of POD activity were postponed, decrease of the hardness of fruit flesh and rot rate were delayed, the storage life were prolonged, had better storage effect than no-bagging. Potassium bicarbonate treatment (4%) and imazalil treatment (0.0005%) in postharvest increased the PPO activity, decreased the POD activity , the peaks of POD activity were postponed, decrease the hardness, inhibited the rot of Lizao jujube.
