this article regards the arthropod community as a whole,According to the constitutions and numbers of species in community,various community parameters and different community analytical methods were adopted to analyze the inferior mechanism and main factor which affects the arthropod community fluctuation,so that these theoretical results were provided for further detecting and estimating pests and doing sustainable IPM. 1.By systematical investigation on the arthropod community in jujube orchard between march and October in 2003,there were 11472 individuals of arthropod in jujube orchard which belong to 86 families, 200 species ,the arthropod community were divided into four sub-community,which were phytophages,predators,parasitoids and neutralities,the phytophages which include 46 families,111 species, the predators which include 25 families,59 species, the parasitoids which include 10 families,24 species,were collected, 2.It is preliminary studied that the degree of richess(s),total individual number(n),index of diversity(h),degree of evenness(e),and relative abundance(r)about the changes of fluctuation,the degree of richess,evenness,and total individual number were regarded as independent variables and index of diversity as dependent variables,multiple gradual regression analysis were done,the analysis of the main composition of diversity indicated that the main composition of diversity affecting phytophages was evenness,but it was the degree of richess of species affecting predators and parasitoids 3.The method of cluster analysis was employed to analyze time dynamic of the community and sub-community of arthropod in jujube orchard,and two-dimensional ordinal analysis based on unsimilarity coefficient is also adopted to analyze time dynamic of the arthropod community in jujube orchard,then ordinal inter-distances of two different month were calculated based on related formula,correlation analysis between ordinal inter-distances and unsimilarity value between march and October of the arthropod community was done,the result showed that r=0.86(p<0.01),linear regression equation is y=0.5462x+17.697. 4.The principal component analysis were used for studying the inferior mechanism and main factor which affects the arthropod community succession, the result showed that the accumulative contribution rate of the 1st and 2nd principal component were 95.84%,which is obvious. 5.Based on the requirements for biospheric conservation and sustainable economic development, an "ecological management"strategy of arthropod community in jujube yard is proposed to replace "integrated control"strategy currently adopted home and abroad... |
