The study on soil water infiltration under surge irrigation is the thesis base of applying accurate irrigation. On analyzing the sink course, the lab experiment study was also conducted on the soil water dynamics, the math model of surge furrow irrigation infiltration (SFII) was established and solved by Finite Element Method (FEM) .It was find: the time of water supply, and the circulation rate is the main reason of water cycle that effect infiltration rate. When the circulation rate was one third, the forward speed of water was faster and the quantity of infiltration slower. The effect of the third and latter cycles on sinking were not distinct, therefore applying two circles, not only increasing the quality of irrigate and the irrigation efficiency, but also shorting the time of irrigation. The dynamic parameters from the experiment were fitted with the calculation results from FEM (by ANSYS software). The model could reflect the process of sink. Both the experiment and the calculation were indicated: with the increasing of water, the moist edges of horizon and the vertical were all increased, and that of the vertical moist edge was faster than the horizon.
