The studies on residues of pesticides are the important content of protecting agricultural environment, including degradation of pesticides residue, improvement of analysing pesticides residue, investigation and determination of pesticides residue in the environment and food, pesticides residue and safe production and so on. Inpast years, the level of research and management of pesticides residue has improved greatly, and studies and argumentations have be done deeply to some aspect of pesticide. But there are still blank in the controlling index of flying worm and the mechanism of pesticide to garlic at present, At the same time, considering plant as threshold of food chain, the effect of pesticide on plant should be paid attention to. So four parts are given in this thesis, the main results are expressed as follows:1. The effects of quality and growth in garlic irrigated with the different concentrations of chlorpyrifos and Parathion were studied, the results showed that the lower concentration of pesticides did not impact the quality of Garlic, but the quality could be improved in the condition of recommendedconcentrations, the contents of soluble sugar, protein and vitamin C had the trend of decreasing with increasing of concentrations; Weighing synthetically the effect on Garlic quality of organophosphorus Pesticides and supplementary function of reducing damage of flying worm, the concentration of pesticides should be below the recommended concentrations; The significant dose-dependant relationships between pesticides and allicin content was also showed, as the dose increased allicin amounts gradually decreased.2. From the effect of pesticides on Garlic growth, the root vigor of each trail was lower appreciably than comparison in a day; in other day, the more does, the higher of it, and the content of chlorophyll had obviously improved with different concentrations of organophosphorus Pesticides, the difference of other plant indexes Were not significant.3. Investigations had been performed on the controlling effect and index of...
