Study On Technique System Of Tissue Culture In Evonymus Japonica L. Var. Aureovariegatus Reg. And Color Transformation Of Blade

Polyphenol oxidiase activity decreased and then increased in the root formation of inner Test-tube rooting and out Test-tube rooting.(6) Content of chlorophylla was high and little of effect in different culturecondition. Content of chlorophyllb and carotin was low in different culture condition and they had prominent effect in illumination hour. Content of anthocyanin was zero in different culture condition.
