In order to raise the hatching rate of Eimeria stiedai oocysts of rabbit, condition of cultivate oocysts in vitro had been studied. The E. stiedai oocysts had been collected from livers of rabbit infected natural and been made suspension. The suspension was added to K2Cr2O7 of 2.0%, 2.5%, 3.0%, 4.0% and cultivated under 27℃.The result showed that the oocysts achieves highest hatching rates after 6d,they were in turn 72.0% 83.5% 73.5% 67.5%; The suspension had been cultivated with K2Cr2O7 of 2.5% and 27℃, 32℃, 37℃.The result showed the highest hatching rate were in turn 76.5%> 84.5% 80.0% after 6d; K2Cr2O7 of 2.0%, 2.5%, 3.0% and temperature of 27℃, 32℃, 37℃ had been cross constituted to 9 groups to experiment. The condition of highest rate of hatching E. stiedai oocysts had been indicated from the resultand it is: K2Cr2O7 of 2.5% ,32℃ and the 6d. The livers of rabbit infecting E. stiedai had been preserved for 5d under the indoor temperature, and the result showed the oocysts couldn't be mature with the condition of indoor temperature. The oocysts had been hatched with the rabbit fresh liver 0.1 g, 0.2g or bile 1ml, 2ml,and the result showed the hatching of E. stiedai oocysts had not been obviously influence by the organization of rabbit liver and the bile.9 groups of Eimeria stiedai oocysts were cultured in the medium of 2.5% K2Cr2O7 containing 0.1 g/ml, 0.05g/ml, 0.025g/ml, 0.0125g/ml, 1.6×10-6g/ml 0.8× 10-6g/ml, 0.4× 10-6g/ml, 0.2× 10-6g/ml and 0.1 × 10-6g/ml-chemsical reagent, respectively. The results were that their hatching rates were up to 95% on 3th and 100% on 7th, 100% on 7th, 100% on 7th, 98% on 7th, 54% on 7th, 14% on 7th, 7% on 7th, 4% on 7th and 3% on 7th in turn. These showed that the chemical reagent had influence on the development of E. stiedai spore oocyst, meaning the level of 0.1g/ml0.0125g/ml-reagent promoted its development, but the level of 1.6 X 10"6g/ml0.1 X 10'6g/ml-reagent counteracted its development. On the other hand, 3 groups of rabbit were infected with 20000 spore oocysts dealt with 0.025 g/ml-reagent, 1.6X 10"6g/ml-reagent and 0.4 X 10"6g/ml-reagent per rabbit, other two group were infected with 30000 or 220000 spore oocysts dealt with 1.6 X 10"6g/ml-reagent and 0.4 X 106g/ml-reagent per rabbit and another group was infected with normal spore oocysts, which did not dealt with reagent. The result was that the E. stiedai oocyst was first discharged through rabbit's face on the 14th, 18th, 22th, 20th, 20th and 9th after the infection and the values of EPG were 250,500,250,250 and 250, respectively. This showed that the reagent had also influence on the development of E. stiedai in rabbit.
