| Rabbit coccidiosis is a kind of sporozoan disease caused by Eimeriidae species,which jeopardizes rabbit breeding industry in our country.Among rabbit coccidian,Eimeria stiedai is the most virulent and hazardous coccidian,which parasitizes in the bile duct epithelial cells of rabbit,causing serious liver coccidiosis. Although chemotherapy is the conventional method to control rabbit coccidiosis, more and more scholars have sought immunological means to control the disease due to the increasing problems such as resistant strains and drug residue.The writer researched kinds of rabbit coccidiosis in Lanzhou area by the ways of separating oocyst Amy continous Es (E.stiedai) and rabbit without coccidiosis,identification and pathogenic research and clinical vaccine strain Es strong immune experiment research and Es18SrRNA sequence determined and each species diversity of continous. Results are as follows:(1) 12 infection types of Rabbit coccidiosis have been found in Lanzhou area, including Eimeria stiedai,Es which ranks up 44.1% infection (15/34).The writer also found the infective rate of baby rabbit,from 1~3 month,is 100%(10/10).(2) Successfully improved separation technology,single oocyst Eimeria stiedai SD strains separated to success.(3) Establish E.stiedai ELISE method detection antibody level of optimal conditions,toxicology research 6x104 /1 for only half the deaths E.stiedai baby rabbit and adult rabbits in equal doses resistance are obviously different.(4) Test E.stiedai immune method is the best times in small doses.(5) Test,continous extracted's the best conditions for the first time and genome sequence of E.stiedai18SrRNA e. completed work from the18SrRNA sequence. |
