The young stem tips, lateral buds and rhizomes of C. goehngii were used for explants in the study on the technique system of micropropagation. The main objects of the study were protocorm-like bodies (PLBs) and adventitious bud induction, proliferation, plantlet rooting and transplanting. The results were as follows:1) The best way of sterilizing for lateral buds was as follows: immersing in 75% alcoholfor 10s-rinsing 2-3times with sterilized water-disinfecting in 0.1% mercuricchloride solution for 8-10min-rinsing 4-5 times with sterilized water -removal of 1-2 young leaves -disinfected in 0.01% mercuricchloride solution for l-2min .2) The suitable timing of taking stem tips and lateral buds for culture were April to June during which there were not only more explants but also higher survival rate.3) During the PLBs induction, the browing could be controlled through dark culture, reducing the surface of cut, frequently transferring materials and adding 2.0g/L AC.4) The optimal culture medium for PLBs induction was 1/2MS+NAA3.0mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L+AC2.0g/L, in which the induction rate was 36.9%.5) The suitable culture medium for adventitious buds induction from rhizomes was 1/2 MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+AC2.0g/L, in which the induction rate was 37.5%.6) Cultured on 1/2 MS+NAA0.2 mg/L+6-BA2.0mg/L+AC2.0g/L, the multiple of shoots proliferation was higher than any media.7) Cultured on 1/2MS+NAA2.0mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L+AC1.0g/L, the rate of PLBs proliferation could reach 5.17 for 50 days.8 ) The best rooting and strengthening culture medium for adventitious shoots was 1/2MS+NAA2.0mg/L+coconut juice 15%+AC2.0g/L, in which rooting rate was 81.3%for 30 days.9) The culture medium 1/2MS+NAA2. 0mg/L+IBA1.0mg/L+6-BA0. 1-0. 5mg/L+AC2.0g/L could give a rooting rate of shoots regenerated from PLBs as high as 85. 6% for 50 days.10) The transplanting survival rate of plantlets could reach 96% when using moss as plantingmedium.
