Genetic Diversity Of Rice Varieties And Establishment Of Core Collection Of Hybrid With Microsatellite Markers

Rice is one of the most important crops and major food for many people in the world. In China, the yields of rice have increased greatly since the hybrid rice applied and super-rice researched. So it's very important to study the genetic diversities and relations among the parents of the rice which has provided the main materials for rice researchers. SSR was used to study the polymorphism of 174 rice varieties and the relation ,select 60 primers which diversify is good into cluster analysis and establish the core rice of the 174 rice.The main result is follow:1.The analysis between indica and japonica and the hybride rice parents genetic diversity213 primers were used to detect differentiation in 174 rice and select 60 primers which showed good polymorphism for cluster analysis. A total of 209 alleles were detected using 60 SSR markers. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 3 to 6, with an average of 3.43 alleles per locus. The overall size of PCR products ranged from 110 to 250bp. The PIC changes form 0.171(RM199) to 0.689 (RM246) and the average was 0.277.From this we can see that the generic diversity of indica is better than the japonica's.Cluster analysis indicated that all of the materials could be divided into two kinds : indica and japonica.The result is mostly same with the material's relationship.2.The core rice establish of 174 hybride riceCalculate the distance of MA's for all the materials,and ues the UPGMA mothed to cluster analysis, according the result of cluster by SSR,we can get 27 core rice from the 174 materials ,these rice can matain the main genetic system of the 174 rice .
