| This test mostly study the effects of black film mulching on soid most environmental factors and of black film mulching once fertilization on the growth of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq)A. DC. The results indicate that the black film mulching culture technique can raise average soil temperature 3℃, increase day/night temperature regimes and delay growth period for 10 days; It can make water change steadily and raise soil capacity of water conservation; It can also raise soil capacity of fertility conservation well and use efficiency of soil available nutrients N,P and K; The root yield of two-year old on black film mulching were 32853.6 kg/hm~2 and the root yield on nonmulching were 29712 kg/hm~2. The rate of growth is 7 percents; But the contents of Saponins pharmacological components and moisture, soluble proteins, soluble carbohydrates, starch were not influenced. The base of effective components not being influenced, the change of soid most environmental factors on black film of mulching can benefit to maintain seedlings, accelerate seed germination, reducegrowth period, increase yield, decrease weeding cost and improve economic effects. |
