Study On Ecology Characteristics And Physiology Activity For Seed Germination Of Platycodon Grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.

Platycodon grandiflonim(Jacq.)A.DC.is one kind of Chinese traditional herbal's which can be ventilates and smooths the lungs dispels phlegm and drainage detumescence.There were more research reports about its pharmacological,chemical and cultivation technology,but the physiology and biochemistry activity and ecology characteristics of seeds of Platycodon grandiflonim(Jacq.)A.DC.less reported.So which harvesting time of the seeds of Platycodon grandiflonim(Jacq.)A.DC and store ways,ecological conditions of seed germination,physiology and biochemistry activity of seed germination,and endogene suppresses of internal source rejection capability matter of seed were studied in this text.Study on collecting seeds in different time and store seeds by different ways,the results show:The weather situation had considerable effect on the seeds quality.In the dry and high temperature conditions,the germination rate was lower.The germination rate was higher in the low temperature conditions.So we can choose the region with low temperature in the harvesting time.Collecting seeds when the fruit's color was yellow brown and the seed turn to brown black in harvesting time in autumn,and these seeds high germination rate.Collecting the yellow brown and dry fruits,the seeds will be ripe and dry,and easy to store. It is a good way to store the seeds in the 0℃-4℃for a long time,or store in the dry room under 0℃in winter.This text used method of soaking seeds in water,the result show:Before Platycodon grandiflonim (Jacq.)A.DC seed sowing,soaks 12-24h with the lukewarm water,raises seed's germination percentage and the germination tendency.But in the production,the best suitable way was the method with the water temperature during 30℃to 50℃and deal with seeds for 24 hours.In the study on the seeds germination and growth in the different temperature and lighting and the endogene suppresses conditions,the result show:there were high germination rate while the optimal temperature was 20℃-25℃,the seedlings grow vigorously.In the production,shallow seeding is good for germination and growth.Dipping the seeds of Platycodon grandiflonim(Jacq.)A.DC in 200mg.L^-1 GA₃ for 12 hours,which could improve seeds germination and seedling growth.In the research of the variation of physiology and biochemistry activity in the seeds growing,the result show:the seeds had lowest cell infiltrate rate and the resistance ability raised quickly when the seeds germinate and grow temperature was during 20℃to 25℃.On the same temperature and natural illumination conditions,the activity of POD,CAT and SOD were highest,and MDA content was lowest.Namely,the seeds resistance ability was strongest in this time,and the seeds grow well.In the research of the endogene suppresses of internal source rejection capability matter of seeds of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC The result show:extracting solution of seeds of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC could resist germinate of crops seeds,so there were high content of the endogene suppresses matter in seed.And it could dissolve to some organic solvent,such as water acetone,normal butanol,methanol,ethyl,aether.
