To solve the emergence of seedlings, the drop of survival percent, the difficulty of weed control, the lack of open quality, the high cost and the long growing period, when cultivation and production of medical plants such as Codonposis Lanceolata Bentn et Hook.f. We did this experiment. The results indicate that the black film for mulching on the growth of Codonposis Lanceolata Bentn et Hook .f can raise average soil temperature 3 ℃,increase temperature difference in the day and night and delay growing period for 10 days; It can make water change steadily and strength the power of keeping water; It can also increase a little more quick result content of N,P and K. When fertilizing N 300kg/hm2+P2O5100kg/hm2+K2O100 kg/hm2 with seeding density of 32 individual, the yields of Codonposis Lanceolata Bentn et Hook f is the highest. It can reach 55.54g per individual. It has distinct weed control to mulching on black film. The appearance and nutrient quality has no difference with CK. But the total saponin content has a little more than CK. The changing factor of mulching on black film can benefit to maintain seedlings, accelerate seed germination, reduce grow times, increase yield, decrease weeding cost and improve economic effect.
