With the economic and technical development and people living standard enhancement, production of innocuous food is more and more to receive people's attention. Innocuous Rice-duck Farming System arises at the historic moment. Nowadays, there are many reports on research about this system technical ,but it is only insufficient from the single item engineering research ,moreover, they uses the output standard to weigh this technical the quality is unreasonable. Therefore this experiment through "raises the duck in the rice paddy" and "the rice duck paragenesis" and so on in the technical foundation, uses quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combining design .There are three factors that are the density (X1), the pure N quantity (X2) and tends ducks the number (X3), establishing five levels compositions orthogonal experiment, observes influence of three factors under five different horizontal fields to rice's output and water biology; establishes technology pattern and the standard on innocuous rice-duck farming system by the deep research and optimization on the rice duck paragenesis comprehensive technology. According to experiments and the obtained data material, establishes the regression equation about the various factors in different level, and through computer program computation, evaluation of result:1 Three factors are remarkable to the paddy rice on output influence. The influence size order is tends ducks the number (X3) >Pure N quantity (X2) >Density (Xl).Taking the correlation into account, the correlation between density (X1) and pure N quantity (X2) is obvious, which all achieves the remarkable level. Elects superiorly through the equation simulation, obtains three factors the best level combinations, the density takes 17,000/667m~2 and the nitrogen takes 14.58 kg/667m~2 and the number of tends ducks is to take 15 /667m~2.2 This experiment has gathering and determination to the water biology stock on hard three times. There are phytoplankton 23 genus, Subordinates separately in the Bacillariophyta, Cyanophyta, Chlorophyta, Eugleaophyta and Cryptophyta. Chlorophyta type quantity are most, which percentage is 47.8%. Next is Bacillariophyta, which percentage is 26.1%.The superiority population mainly is the Euglenophyta and the Bacillariophyta, the percentage are 52.76% and 32.94%. There are 33 genus aquatic animal, belong to Protozoa, Rotifera, Cladocera, Copepoda. The Cladocera type quantity are most, which percentage is 33.3%.Next is Rotifera, which percentage is 30.3%. The different time aquatic animal superiority population isobvious, mainly is the Protozoa, which percentage is 59.21%.The Bacillariophyta change scope is small, but it is big on the quantity and the biomass of Cryptophyta .Change scope is small on Cladocera and Copepoda and Rotifera. In this three times, quantity maximum value of water biology are all on August 12. Considered to the propagating quantity change influence by tends ducks differently to add water biology, as a result of duck number difference, adds water biology the propagating quantity influence to have the remarkable difference. According to the regression analysis discovery to the water biodiversity index, there are different factors to water body biodiversity index influence existence difference three times, but mainly by tends ducks (X3) to occupy the leadership, The biodiversity along with tends ducks the number to increase but drops.3 Comprehensive consideration about the paddy rice output return model analysis and water body biodiversity regression analysis, the density is 17,000/667m2, the nitrogen takes 14.58kg/667m2, the number of tends ducks is to take 15/667m2. The paddy rice per unit area yield output may achieve compares the high level, also the water body biology number size and the biodiversity index may achieve compares the high level.
