At present, the planting industry have developed flourish in our country. Especially the forest and fruit industry have developed rapidly in Xinjiang. Because plant walnut trees devote less but ingather more. The market of inside and outside country demand a great deal of walnuts, and plant walnut tree can improve increasingly exasperate environment. So the area of plant walnut tree expand rapidly in south of Xinjiang. In many factory peeling green walnut mostly relies on hand, it brings about productivity low and sanitation qualification can not be ensured .In order to alleviate labor intensity,improve work efficiency and worth of walnut , achieve the walnut processing and trees'planting development together , we must study on equipment of peeling and cleaning green walnut.Peeling and cleaning green walnut is the first step of walnut processing development. In order to design congruent machine for peeling and cleaning walnut, Firstly, the actuality of peeling walnuts machine and existent problem has been researched. Secondly, analyse the physical characteristic and put up the capability experimentation of peeling. Analyse the locomotion and force of green walnut on platen, use ANSYS simulate the process of peeling. Based on the theory and design the pivotal parts of peeling and cleaning machine for walnut. Thirdly, using Virtual Prototype Technology set up three dimension model of peeling and cleaning machine, optimize the parameter, analyse the stress, transmogrification. Verify the static intensity, safety factor of pivotal parts. Educing the connection during the figure dimension of walnut, grid's distortion, dilapidation rate of walnuts.Lastly, thought the experiment validate the correctness of theoretical analysis, find out the primary factors which effect on walnut peeling, select quadratic orthogonal rotational combination test, we draw quadratic regression equation about Zha-343s'three indicators. Upon examination, regression equations were significantly, basis on this, the optimum separate the best combination of parameters of devices.
