Based on wide-ranging collecting the technology of paddy direct-sowing inland and overseas, combined the present research condition and urgent requirement of rural farm mechanization in South China , the subject alleges creatively a simply and functional new technology-line spraying technology of paddy ,which is a attempt amendment depending on the principle of F-18 dense fog machine. The technology system is composed of several key parts including the dynamic system of F-18 dense fog machine and compact seed box and flexible control valve and jet nozzles etc.The theoretical analysis of the subject impose on the knowledge of pipe paddy seed transport and analyze in detail the power and motion of single paddy seed and seeds group, respectively establish the trail equations of them and test all sort of speed of spraying sowing by trial and research the biologic and power character of paddy seed, ascertain the remarkable influence of every factor by trial and analyze the variance of multi-factor and set up its second regressive equation.The subject resolve more successfully three problems including the consistency of five lines and the stability of amount and evenness of seed metering when spraying all materials, simultaneously ensure the longest length of bud and different loss ratio of bud seed when equipment works on bud seed. The single factor trial shows that the evenness of equipment meets completely request of agronomy when spray paddy .and hold the device is in the optimum work status on condition that the bud length is three mm and accelerator is middle file, the effect is the worst and the loss ratio of 60 percent when the bud length surpass five mm and accelerator in top grade, but the consistency of five nozzles and evenness of seed metering are fit to the request of agronomy.
