| This paper investigated the different sources of feed and breeding methods in big fowl-run in the east ,middle and west parts of JiLin province .The regional representative chicken dug sample was collected.Through the analysis of the content of chicken dug and biological potted plant test ,the chemic constitutes of chicken dug coming from different sources were studied .The influence of different fertilizing treatments on the production and the quality index of vegetables was also studied .The rule of salt accumulation in potted plant soil was discussed .The results are as follows:1.The analysis of the contents of chicken dug under the condition of different breeding methods in the east ,middle and west parts of JiLin province indicates :The amounts of nutrients ,thick organism ,dissoluble salt ,Cu ,Zn in the chicken dug of chicken breeded in the form of a factory are higher than that of chicken breeded in traditional way .This has something to do with the nutrients added to the feed in factories . The amounts of Fe in the two kinds of chicken dug are both high and have little difference .That is because that Feso4 is added to the feed in factories .Meanwhile ,there are plenty of vegetables and wild vegetables which are full of Fe in traditional feed .The amounts of heavy metal in the two kinds of feed are lower than the MPC of heavy metal in organic-fertilizer in China .The MPC is As :30mg/Kg ,Cr :300mg/Kg ,Hg :5mg/Kg,Pb :100mg/Kg .2.The test of biological potted plant shows :the amount of rapidly available nitrogen is very little in the chicken dug breeded in the traditional way .It caused the lack of soil effective nitrogen in the garden of spinach Therefore ,the chicken dug breeded in the traditional way should be fertilized together with inorganic nitrogen .But the chicken dug breeded in the form of a factory don not need that .As we can see form the nutrients accumulation of potted plant soil after the harvest of spinach The amounts of rapidly available P and rapidly available K are enough for the growth of crops.Nitrogen should be added in the next time of fertilizing . 3.The test of salt accumulation of potted plant soil indicates :No matter it is the chicken dug breeded in the traditional way or in the form of a factory The accumulation of dissoluble salt affected the growth of crops in the next season ,after provided with the chicken dug of sevendifferent treatments .We suggest that the amount of chicken dug fertilized should less than 10%.And it can not be fertilized continuously .The principal of fertilizing should be followed .The test also indicates :the amount of salt will cause the lack of Ca in soil . When the amount of dissoluble salt is less than 0.2% in potted plant soil ,the amount of chicken dug added can increase the amount of dissoluble Ca .When the amount of dissoluble salt is more than 0.31%,the adding of chicken dug can reduce the amount of dissoluble Ca in soil .The amount of Hco3 in soil reduced and the amounts of dissoluble K ,Na .Mg ,so4,cl increased after added chicken dug .4.The test of biological production statistic shows :The production of potted plant spinach will be dramatically increased comparing with the comparison .after provided with chicken dug under different treatments ,no matter it is chicken dug breeded in traditional way or in the form of a factory .But the production of spinach will be reduced if provided extra chicken dug .The production of spinach reduced as the increasing of the amount of chicken dug breeded in traditional way .And the reducing extent is not big .However ,the reducing extent is big as for the case of chicken dug breeded in the form of a factory .5.The test of measuring the quality index of spinach indicates :the nitrate in spinach increased as the increasing of the amount of chicken dug breeded in traditional way .But for the case of chicken dug breeded in the form of a factory ,the amount of nitrate in treatment 1 (fertilizer/soil : 1/9) is obviously increased comparing with the comparison .However ,as from treatment 2(fertilizer/soil :2/8) on ,the amount of nitrate in spinach begin to reduce as the increasing of the amount of chicken dug .6.Provided with the chicken dug breeded in traditional way .the amount of Vc in spinach increased as the increasing of the amount of chicken dug .But the amount of Vc reduced after adding more than certain amount of chicken dug .As for the case of chicken dug breeded in the form of a factory , the change appears to be like conk .(The reason is still unknown) 7.Two different kinds of chicken dug were applied to spinach .The amount of nitrite changed in the form of conk as the increasing of chicken dug . The spinach applied chicken dug breeded in traditional way has a minimum in treatment 2(fertilizer/soil :2/8) .And the spinach applied chicken dug breeded in the form of a factory has a minimum in treatment 4(fertilizer/soil :4/6) .The results indicate :The accumulation of nitrite in spinach not only has something to do with the amount of N,but also is relate to some other elements .The mechanism of this change is still under studied .8.Two different kinds of chicken dug were applied to spinach .The amount of nitric acid deoxidize enzyme in spinach changed in the form of conk as the increasing of chicken dug . The spinach applied chicken dug breeded in traditional way has a minimum in treatment 2(fertilizer/soil :2/8) .And the spinach applie chicken dug breeded in the form of a factory has a minimum in treatment 1 (fertilizer/soil :l/9). The results indicate :The active ability of nitric acid deoxidize enzyme in spinach not only has something to do with the amount of N.but also is relate to some other elements .For instance ,salinity will promote the effect of nitric acid deoxidize enzyme .This is mainly because the subpentration effect induced by salt .Besides salinity ,it is also relate to other elements .The mechanism of this change is still under studied .9.Two different kinds of chicken dug were applied to spinach .The amount of dissoluble surgar in spinach changed in the form of conk as the increasing of chicken dug .There are peak value both in treatments 2(fertilizer/soil :2/8) and 5(fertilizer/soil :5/5) .The changing trends of chicken dug breeding in traditional way and in the form of a factory are very similar . The mechanism of this change is still under studied .10.The statistic of the case of the spinach seedling indicates :The adding of chicken dug will reduce the seedling rate of spinach .The seedling rate of spinach reduced as the increasing of the amount of chicken dug .The seedling rate of spinach reduced as the increasing of the amount of dissoluble salt ,after fertilized chicken dug breeded in the form of a factory .But as for the case of chicken dug breeded in traditional way .The seedling rate of spinach not only affected by the amount of dissoluble salt .but also has something to do with other elements .(The reason is still unknown)11 .The test of biological potted plant indicates : the amount of dissoluble is very high in the chicken dug breeded in the form of a factory in JiLin province . If over-fertilized ,it will kill the seeds or constrain the growth of crops .Therefore .before we fertilize that kind of chicken dug .the contents of chicken dug breeded different kinds of chicken dug should be analyzed .The most appropriate providing amount should be found by the fertilizing test in the field. |
