The distributed hydrologic model is one of the focus in hydrology field. The model which combines with GIS and RS owns powerful physical base and obvious superiority compared to tranditional models. We use Geography Information System sofeware named ArcGIS to deal with DEM, digital soil's character information, and landuse information by remote sensing, then carry throuth precipitation's spatial interpolation, hydrologic analysis and so on. Distributed basin hydrologic model established by Prof.LiLan is applied to research representative basin in Huang River Basin—Ningmeng Irrigation Area.In the research, spatial distributed mode was premised to compute irrigation area's agriculture zoological water and precipitation, then we apply the model to simulate falling stages process of four main barrel-drains and daily runoff process of two little nature basins. According to seriate daily precipitation and runoff data from 1980 to 1982, we use the model to identify parameter and the periods of from 1983 to 1986 and from 1990 to 2000 is used to validate model. The simulation and validation resulte both achieve the highly precision, which demonstrates that the model which considered saturation-runoff yeild model and runoff generation over infiltration model reflects basin's water circulation truly and is the same with other basin with different hydrology character in our country. The research devide basin into grid with unit of 5><5km2, and distill basin's physiognomy information to analysize consumption water quantity of basin, irrigation area's piloting and recession process of barrel-drains and steam runoff. According to research, the paper is devide to the following parts:The First Part: Introducing distributed hydrologic model's development and concluding the general situation for irrigation area; The Second Part: Introducing the research general situation of irrigation area's water resource, soil moisture and field drainage; The Third Part: Distilling and dealing with basin's physiognomy and hydrology data, analysizing rainfall, soil structure and landuse data; The fourth Part: Analysizing the influence to basin's water resource made by irrigation water, computing recession process and steam runoff, and evaluating basin's waterresource(including little basins and irrigation area).
