Research On The Effect Of Spary-dried Plasma Protein On The Growing Characteristics And Organism Immunity Of The Early Weaning Piglets

In order to study the effect of the different amount of spary-dried plasma protein on the growing characteristics and organism immunity of the early weaning piglets. 120 halthy piglets, aged 28-day-old, with similar weight were chosen in this experiment for 14 days, They are divided randomly into 4 groups, adding the spary-dried plasma protein of group â… ,â…¡,â…¢ at 3.5%. 5% and 7.5% respectively. The results indicated that:(1)With the increase of the spary-dried plasma protein in piglets'diet, their average daily weight and capacity for eating increased, while the feed coefficient and the diarrhea-rate decreased. When it was compared with contrast group , the average daily weight was increased by 40.87%> 67.49%. 71.99% respectirely in group 7.5%. group 5% and group 3.5%;the feed coefficient decreased by 10.73%. 19.21%. 20.34%; and the diarrhea-rate decreased by70.00%, 90.00%,90.00%. When it was compared with contrast group , the cost of put-on-weight decreased by 4.57%. 5.41% respectirely in group 3.5%. group 5% and increased by 8.29% in group 7.5%.(2) The concentration of IgG,IgM, IgA and C3,C4 of the experiment groups are higher than those of the contrast group. The concentration of IgG,IgM, IgA, C3,C4 ofgroup 7.5% are 12.35. 1.62. 0.96. 0.319. 0.071,increased by 69.18%,42.27%, 41.17%, 21.75%, 65.12% when it was compared with contrast group(P<0.05); the concentration of those ofgroup 5% are 12.02,1.59, 0.88, 0.306, 0.069, increased by 64.66%, 44.54%, 29.41%, 16.79%, 60.46% (P<0.05); the concentration of thoseof group 3.5% are 11.05. 1.4(h 0.81, 0.301 , 0.065, increased by 51.73%, 27.27%, 19.12%, 14.88%, 51.16% (P<0.05).(3)The content of TP, GLOB in blood serum of experiment groups are more than the contrast group (P<0.05); and the content of ALB are more than the contrast group, too(P>0.05). Whatmore, with the increase of the spary-dried plasma protein in piglets'diet, the content of TP, ALB, GLOB increase. The content of TP, ALB, GLOB of group 7.5% increased by 9.12%> 1.57%, 16.75%; those of group 5% increased by 7.83%, 1.32%, 14.25%; and those of group 3.5% increased by 4.43%, 1.0%, 7.81%. G/A of group I , II, III are higher than the contrast goup.(4)T lymphocyte proliferation rate in blood of experiment groups increased when the spary-dried plasma protein in piglets'diet increased, it was increased by 8.60%, 8.15%, 4.81% respectirely in group 7.5%, group 5% and group 3.5%(P<0.05). But the difference was not marked between group 5% and group 7.5%, group 3.5%(P>0.05); and it was marked between group 7.5% and group 3,5%(P<0.05).(5) With the increase of the spary-dried plasma protein in piglets'diet, the number of total of white cells and leukocyte addicted to neutral increased. Comparing with the contrast group, the number of total of white cells of group I , II, III increased by 9.38%, 17.43%, 19.57%(P<0.05). Comparing with the contrast group, the number of leukocyte addicted to neutral of group I, II, III increased by9.30%, 12.51%, 14.95% (P<0.05).
