In order to confirm whether sulfuric acid animals' monohy-drate zinc poisoning happened on clinical experiments was caused by excessively high content of cadmium or not (the content of cadmium is up to 4.33%), I carry on the experiment. The experiment selects 60 meat chicks of one day, which is divided randomly into 4 groups which are comparison group, the experimental group 1, the experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 respectively , and each group is 15 chicks .Date group in each group is added zinc oxide (111 mg/kg), sulfuric acid monolydrate zinc (225 mg/kg), sulfuric acid monohydrate zinc (676 mg/kg), cadmium chloride (101 mg/kg). Experimental period is 35 d. Raise period in advance is 20 d. The experiment carried on the system study in the sulfuric acid monohydrate zinc separates the content excessively high to cause the meat chick to be poisoned. The study indicated:1 During the experimental study of 15 d, on the increase weight of meat chicks and fodder reword, the results of group 2 are the best among the three groups: 550.00g, and 1.95:1. But compared with comparison group, the increase weight decreases 0.49%, and the difference is not clear (P>0.05), while fodder reword increases 2099%, and the difference is clear (P<0.05). Compared with comparison group, experiment group 1 and group 3 show growing slowly, anemia, hard to swallow, also show clinical symptom of being poisoned by cadmium. It indicates that meat chick is sensitive. We must pay attention to the quantity of cadmium during production to avoid being poisoned by high content.2 Clinical observation indicates, comparison group isn't pathological change. Group 1: kill ten-day chick, it isn't pathological change; kill fifteen-day chick, its liver, kidney, lung is mild tumescent, esp. liver and kidney. Intestines mucous membrane mucus is mild increasing, and the other organ doesn't have the eye toobserve the pathological change. Group 2, kill ten-day chick, its pathological change is small. Kill fifteen-day chick, its pathological change shows that the color of muscle becomes light, skeleton becomes crisp, and spleen becomes small. There are little liquid in its heart. Its liver is mild tumescent, red brown, existing some points of blood under the membrane, and it is crisp. Kidney is tumescent, light yellow and crisp. Intestines mucous membrane mucus is tumescent with scattered points of blood. Lung has extravasated blood, and it is mile oedema, with little points of blood. Group 3 kill 10-day and 15-day chicks, their pathological changes are very clear. The color of muscle is pale, with the lack of subcutaneous fat. Skeleton becomes crisp. Spleen becomes small obviously. Joints is tumescent. The muscle of stomach becomes small and soft, and its wall becomes thin, cornea increases, but is easy to fall off. Heart contents liquid and expands. There are scattered points of blood under out membrane. Liver is tumescent, yellow brown, edge is round.3 The reason of blood pathological change of meat chick is the quantity of red blood cell reducing, the hemoglobin remarkably reducing, valley third transaminase activeness and millet straw transaminase activeness remarkably raising. Besides, cadmium, zinc exist in the muscles , liver, and spleen. With the increase of sulfuric acid monohy-drate zinc and raise time, the existing content is increasing, highest in spleen and lowest in muscles.4 Confirming from the experiment, sulfuric acid monohy-drate zinc (676 mg/kg) with cadmium (4.33%) can cause to happen poisoning clinical pathological change. At the same time, through testing liver and spleen, the content of zinc is higher in experimental group 2 and 3 (P<0.05).
