Huperzia serrata is a precious wild medicinal plant in China, but its resource is becoming exhausted. The isoflavones isolated from this plant have marked pharmacological effects, such as antagonize muscular relaxation and Aezheimer's disease. The objective of this thesis was to investigate the relationship between ecological factors and seasonal fluctuating accumulation of Huperzine A in Huperzia serrata, in order to protecting and sustaining to utilize the medicinal metabolite resource of Huperzia serrata.By the technologies of HPLC, this thesis determined the every month content of Huperzine A of root,stem and leaf in Huperzia serrata from Jiuhua Mountain. The test showed that the content on April was the most:0.0444% in stem and 0.0559% in leaf. In root, the content of Huperzine A was the least.Meanwhile, this thesis determined the precipitation , temperature , nutrient contents in soil , soil microorganism, the quantity and variety of endophytes in Huperzia serrata.in every month.Thesis showed that higher precipitation and more temperature went against the accumulation of Huperzine A. On April, the content of O-M and T-N hit 13.84g/kg and 0.77mg/g. When Huperzine A were on the high side, the average content of T-N and NH4+-N was 0.50.6g/kg and 710mg/g.By the grey associated analysis method, the thesis found that organic matter, T-N, T-P had the highest association-degree. And NO3--N was in favor of the accumulation of Huperzine A th.an NH4+-N.There were 407 endophytes strains separated from Huperzia serrata in one year, which belonged to 11 genus: Penicillium Lk.ex Fr., Penicillium Lk.ex Fr., Verticillium Nees, Fusarium Lk ex Fr., Aspergillus Mich.ex Fr., Phacodium Pers.ex Wallr, Phoma Sacc, Paecilomyces Bain., Diaporthe Nits., Mycelia Sterillia. And the Trichoderma Pers.ex Fr. , Cephalosporium Corda, Phacodium Pers.ex Wallr were the dominant endophytes.In this paper it was revealed that La3+(10μmol/L) enhanced the vigor of root at the condition of liquid culture;La3+(50μmol/L) stimulated the synthesis of Huperzine A,2-fold in leaf and 2.2-fold in stem compared with CK.
