Raphanus sativus L. is a member of the Cruciferae vegetable family, and also belongs to one or two years old of herbage plants. Portly succulent root is considered as its product apparatus. In order to find mechanism of its growth, development as well as physiological and biochemical, the experiments were carried out to study the effect of two kinds of fertilizer(namely OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer and common compound fertilizer) on growth, development, some correlative nutritional and resistance quality in Raphanus sativus L. We expect that it will provide scientific theoretical foundation for applying fertilizer rationally as well as increasing field and improving quality in Raphanus sativus L. The main results are as follows:1. The effect of OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer on growth and development as well as field in Raphanus sativus L.: on the basis of corresponding equivalency of total content of N, P2O5 and K2O for OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer (N+P2O5+ K2O ≥25%) and compound fertilizer(N+P2O5+ K2O = 45%), we can find that it is evidently to increase functional leaves, ratio of root-top as well as unfolding width of functional leaves of Raphanus sativus L by fertilizering OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer. Besides, it is also helpful to increase biology field, economy field and economy coefficient. However, the effect of OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer on content of dry matter is not very evident.2. The effect of OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer on nutritional quality: on the basis of corresponding equivalency of total content of N, P2O5 and K2O for OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer (N+P2O5+ K2O ≥ 25%)and compound fertilizer(N+P2O5+ K2O ≥45%), by fertilizering OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer, we can find that the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll all come to a increasing of a certain different extent. In the meanwhile, it can also increase content of some kinds of carbohydrate such as reduced sugar, sucrose sugar and total soluble sugar of leaves and succulent root in Raphanus sativus L. Thus it is beneficial to synthesize and accumulate photosynthesis product of Raphanus sativus L. as well as improve nutritional qualityof Raphanus sativus L.3. The effect of OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer on resistance quality and sanitational quality: the effect of compound fertilizer and OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer on content of proline of leaves and succulent root is very little in the prophase and metaphase of growth and development. Moreover, the content of proline is very little, and there is no significant difference among each fertilizer treatment. But by fertilizering OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer, it is helpful to increase the content of proline of leaves and succulent root in the anaphase especially harvesting phase of Raphanus sativus L. At the same time, it can buildup resistence, improve resistence quality of Raphanus sativus L.. The effect of fertilizering OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer on decreasing the content of nitrate of the leaves of Raphanus sativus L. is more significant than fertilizering compound fertilizer, but the effect on decreasing the content of nitrate of the succulent root of Raphanus sativus L. is very little among each fertilizer treatment. During the time of flourishing phase of succulention of succulent root,it can effectively decrease the content of nitrate of the leaves in Raphanus sativus L. by fertilizering compound fertilizer, and its sanitational quality is more preferably during these time. While at the end of the phase of growth and development in Raphanus sativus L., the content of nitrate in the leaves and succulent root in Raphanus sativus L. can be effectively decreased by fertilizering OA active organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer. Thus the sanitational quality of Raphanus sativus L. can be improved , and also can be beneficial to the sanitation and safety of consumers.
