In cell totipotency , cells of plant have the potential to develop into embryos and plants. In other words, cell totipotency refers to plant cells have the whole genetic information, eithergengrative cell nor somatoplasm, in given conditions, can express and grow into an intactplant. So plant cell totipotency is the fundamental basis for cell engineering. In this paper, a stable and optimal system for Phalaenopsis aphrodite culture plantregeneration was established. The regeneration stages consist of dedifferentiation, redefferentiation, development and plant. The dynamic changes of soluble proteins occurringin aforesaid stages were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. We established a expression model ofspecific proteins occurring in analysis Phalaenopsis aphrodite on the ground of theSDS-PAGE.In the light of the expression model, many soluble proteins were expressed dynamicallyin a temporal-spatial sequence. In the progress of regeneration of Phalaenopsis aphrodite, we found some proteinswhich might have facilitated the progress of regeneration. In a word, every stage in tissue culture of Phalaenopsis aphrodite were completedcooperatively by a group of genes, not by only one gene. This work will contribute to explaining the molecular mechanism of regeneration ofcallus, the identification of some callus-related genes, and understanding the basis of the plantregeneration.
