In recent years, with the development of stock raising, the deer industry has become the predominant industry. Moreover, by the affect of high repay, it is developing rapidly as a sun industry everywhere in the whole country. In our country, enlargement of raising scale and development of circulation in the market have provided a easier way for loemia to prevail. The prevention and cure to loemia of sika deer is fairly conspicuous due to unperfection of prevention system, introduction and unplanned industrial enlargement. There are great distances compared with advanced countries in the whole standard of loemia prevention. Bracellosis, tuberculosis, paratuberculosis and mucosal disease are the main infectious diseases that influence the development of the deer industry. Bracellosis and tuberculosis of the sika deer are a kind of zoonotic infections that menace the health of human beings severely, and the circulation pathways of these two infections are the same., There were few reports about the paratuberculosis of sika deer, but in recent years the incidence has raised in each big deer farm year by year. Recently, mucosal disease of the sika deer also allows no optimism, the outbreak quantity of the young deer also rise continuously. For checking the prevalence, distribution, dangerous degree and prevention of these four infectious diseases in the province area of Jilin, Heilongjinang and Inner Mongolia, total 1014 serum samples from 12 sika deer farms were detected in this experiment. To the sika deer of different regions, age and sex that was not incubated, the incidence and prevalence of the clinical infectious diseases as bracellosis, tuberculosis, paratuberculosis and mucosal disease were investigated so that it could set up a solid foundation for the quarantine and prevention and insure healthy development of the deer industry. The results were as followed:In this experiment, to the sika deer of Jilin, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia,the serological results of Bracellosis, Tuberculosis, Paratuberculosis and Mucosal disease indicated that the positive incidence were very high, which were 20.00%,17.14%,17.86% and 49.29% respectively. In Heilongjiang, the positive incidences of these four diseases were 26.39%,18.27%,14.72% and 27.41% respectively. Bracellosis and tuberculosis are a kind of zoonotic infections, which represented versatile patterns. Moreover, because of the differentiation among different regions they were not wholly the same. Through the investigation, partoral area was the main loemia area. In this serological investigation, the positive incidenceof these four diseases of sika deer were very high, which were related with other loemias. The raisers should be more attentive than before, or else the positive incidence will rise rapidly. The positive incidence of paratuberculosis of the sika deer in these three provinces are 12.03%, so from this result we can see that paratuberculosis is also a common loemia. For mucosal disease, the positive incidence of Inner Mongolia was the most, 49.29%. In Jilin and Heilongjiang it was 28.66% and 27.41% respectively. But in parts of Jilin the incidence was up to 46.09%; the lowest rate also attained 13.58%. So for keeping the development of the deer industry, this disease should cause enough value. These above results indicated that bracellosis, tuberculosis, paratuberculosis and mucosal disease all prevailed severely in these three provinces, and the related segment should take actions to prevent and cure, or else they will do harms to the development of stock raising.In this experiment, to the sika deer of different sex and age in Tonghua region, the serological examinations were carried on above-mentioned four kinds of infections. The detected results showed that the sexual difference of positive incidence of Bracellosis was not remarkable(male 10.05%; female 10.52%). There was no sexual difference to positive incidence of tuberculosis(male 10.58%; female 11.84%).The sexual difference of positive incidence of paratuberculosis was not remarkable(male 9.52%; female 10.52%). But positive incidence to antibody of mucosal disease in male deer is the highest in the four diseases, 13.76%; female was the lowest, 13.16%.In this experiment, sika deer from Tonghua were divided into three segments: young deer(l years old),mature deer(l-2 years old) and adult deer(3-6 years old),the epidemiology of the sika deer in Tonghua region was investigated. To bracellosis, the positive incidence of mature deer was 18.07%, but the positive incidence of young deer was 4.17%,the differentiation between them were very obvious. There was no age difference on the positive incidence of serology to tuberculosis and paratuberculosis indicated that these three age segments are all sensitive to paratuberculosis, The serological results of mucosal disease indicated that the positive incidence of the young deer, mature deer and the adult deer was 20.83%, 15.66% and 9.70% respectively.Through this experiment, we could have a preliminary understanding to the prevalence of bracellosis, tuberculosis, paratuberculosis and mucosal disease of the sika deer in our country, which might provide theoretical basis for the prevention andcure of these four infectious diseases to some extent. This research is advantageous not only to the development of livestock husbandry economy especially the deer industry, but also to the health of human beings. They also have the important theoretical meanings and actual meanings either to the economy strategy or to the hygiene development.
