Study Of The Contact Of Milk Content And Secretion Mean By Leptin In Mouse

Leptin also named thin protein, is a fat genetic white which is the product of the ob fat gene code, leptin can not only adjust energetic metabolism in the body,but also influence the growth of the body through breast milk.In order to find the correlation between the content of leptin in mammary and breast milk as well as the ways of lacation, we took mouse as experiment objects to analyze the whole milk, skim milk and the content of leptin in the blood of the location period and carry out comprensive research on experimental methods such as immunohistochemistry analysis, the results are as followed:1.The mouse leptin level and breast milk take on positive correlation. The unsaturated fatty acid levels can improve the secretion of leptin .2.In the lacation period, the content of leptin in the breast milk drops first and then rises gradually. The leptin level in skim milk, is lower than that in whole milk3.In the lacation period, the content of leptin is more than that serum. Leptin is partly prouduce by mammal glands according to the experiments on others.4.leptin exist most binding -state leptin, which is combined with the lipid of breast of breast milk.The results show that leptin and breast milk is closely related , which provides us with the physiological function of leptin on newborn babies, bettering the functions of mammal glands and improving the quatity and the crop,of breast milk. Mean while it can also provide new way of thinking to analyze the causes and therapy for obesity.
