Triazophos is one kind of extensive Insecticide and Acaricide organophosphrous. The same time it has wound function to Nematode . At present Triazophos has a extensive application in vegetables and fruits Hunan province. According to the use of triazophos on Fruit tree , Orange, a main fruit of our province, was choosed as representative of crop. After using triazophos and sampling as Field Trial Standard of Pesticide Residue. Pre-treatment was followed referring to the cardinal principle and procedures of retention analysis of triazophos, gas chromatography analysis method were adopted to detect the retention, and then the residue analysis methods of orange for triazophos and dynamic tendency were established.The experiments of recoveries were finished, the Pre-treatment methods according with Field Trial Standard of Pesticide Residue were choosed. The results showed, added triazophos 0.05-5.0mg/kg in the orange pulp, the average recoveries were 91.26-118.14%, RSD were 4.57-19.60%; added triazophos 0.055.0mg/kg in the orange peel, the average recoveries were 87.47-98.83%, RSD were 0.91-14.55%; added triazophos 0.055.0mg/kg in the soil, the average recoveries were 92.48-101.89%, RSD were 3.22-6.12%. It was accord with the demand of pesticide residue analysis.The residue field trials of orange for triazophos were finished, The results showed: After used triazophos 667mg/Kg, the degradation dynamic equation of triazophos in soil was y=0.1621e0.0381t(p=0.9440), the half-life was 18.2 days; the degradation dynamic equation of triazophos in pulp was y=0.1060e0.0592t(r=0.9745), the half-life was 11.7 days; the degradation dynamic equation of triazophos in peel was y=1.2089e0.0532t(r=0.9399), the half-life was 13.0 days.
