In this study, the rabbits were used as experimental animals. The Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to separate serum CHE and serum LDH isoenzyme from the health rabbits, the acute rabbits and the chronic organophosphorus pesticide (triazophos) toxicosis rabbits. At the same time, Combined with the activity of serum enzyme and haematological general test, to judge the organophosphorus toxicosis have effect on organism. The results showed that the serum CHE activity fall down significantly after 1h acute triazophos poisoning. Depressed the degree of serum CHE activity was in direct ratio, and there was a little rise of serum LDH activity, but the change of serum AST andALT activity were distinct. In 30 days chronic toxicosis, the activity of serum CHE decreased earlier but rised later, and it was just against serum LDH activity, but both of them didn't get back to normal level. There were no notable alteration of serum ALP, AST , ALT and Y -GT activity. So it was the conclusion that serum CHE can be used as the important sign of organophosphorus toxicosis. By testing serum isoenzyme, two new active bands FMB and SCHEr were separated from the SCHE isoenzyme in the acute and chronic triazophos rabbits, and the dyeing of SLDH4 were deeper. The SLDH4 and SLDH5 syncretized to one band in acute & chronic triazophos poisoning. This study suggests that it is the important index that SCHE isoenzyme and SLDH isoenzyme fall down significantly, and FMB and SCHEr of SCHE serum isoenzyme appeared, and the dyeing of SLDH4 were deeper, and The SLDH4 and SLDH5 syncretized to one band in acute & chronic triazophos poisoning. .By testing SCHE and SLDH serum isoenzyme , the new study system about triazophos toxicosis is founded.
